Needing to do more and be more is robbing us of time. It is said that times a theif, but what is it really? I think it’s programming that forces us to be productive and efficient have led us to neglect the present moment and the gift that it is to be here and now. The establishment/fear based manipulation that is the actual theif. That is what’s cyphening our energy. Time is not the problem. It is all in how we experience time. Are we out of body and in our minds and to do lists or can we just value sit with the breath and the beauty that is living around us. Can we be totally present with what we have the opportunity to experience? — It’s possible, but it takes practice. Relearn how to live. #breath#yoga#meditate by @magichourdayna

Magic Hour.

Being a mom of three girls and a busy entrepreneur often puts life into perspective. It reminds me that it’s not only okay—but essential—to take moments to pour back into myself.

Working out with my children is one of the most special things I do. It’s a beautiful way to connect and lead by example. But I also choose other sacred moments just for me—moments where I get to breathe, reflect, and simply be.

This morning, I spent an hour with some incredible souls. It was more than just time together—it was a reminder of how powerful presence can be. A reminder of how and why we’re all here, connected, and existing in this life. And for that, I’m forever grateful for the connections I make.

🌿 If you’re craving a moment like this— just for you—join us on Saturday, October 4th @southamptonhousenewyork 🤎
