PROOF that eggs don’t have to stick and you don’t need a coated pan to achieve that.
PROPERLY PREHEAT - this is the KEY to cooking ANYTHING and not having it stick
Give yourself a week or so to learn *your pan* and *your stove* - don’t give up. You’ll get there.
Live a blissful life free of angrily scrubbing pans.
You’re welcome.

A proper preheat means non-stick cooking on every pan! I learned how to do it years ago and it changed my life (and I 100% have had food stick to “non-stick” pans). In this clip I’m cooking pirogies, I mean come on!!! It’s the easiest thing in the world and it just takes patience and a bit of practice. Come in and I’ll teach you how! #nonstick #nomorescrubbing #ditchthenonstick #shoplocal #supportsmall #shopnanaimo taken in Maison Cookware + Bakeware by @maisoncookware

Waking up to this big mess 😜 after nearly 30 yrs of living with @duralex_france iconic Picardie glasses in my home, I’m no longer surprised. That sane glass that went crashing to my floor this morning has outlived 3 dogs, 4 moves and countless other moments in life. And it costs less than $5.
Enough said.
