full moon + meditation circle.

Tuesday 6/18
7:30-8:30pm
This week we will take a break from Ashtanga and unwind with a peaceful meditation circle. The full moon represents the start of a new cycle + allows us to recharge, connect, and set intentions.

▪time for myself ▪connection to my breath ▪love from the yoga community ▪ growth
▪acceptance and surrender
the list goes on ... and on.
why do YOU practice?

. .

pause.
focus on your breathing.
think of someone or something that you are grateful for.

repeat.

carve out time just for you. go ahead, recharge. you deserve it.
