Without you none of this would be possible.

Your unwavering support, encouragement, love (and tough love when I need it) have made me the athlete I am today. From pushing me through my workouts and cardio to holding me when the going gets tough… you’re always there for me in whatever way I need at the time.

There are not enough ways to say “thank you” that truly encompasses my gratitude for you.

I love being stage lean BUT ⬇️
… I love what NOT being stage lean allows me to do physically, mentally and emotionally ✨

As someone who has spent the entirety of their 20’s bodybuilding… please be sure to live life as much as you can along the way.

Say YES more. There is a time and place to say no and sit back but usually that’s around the 3-4 week out mark. Until then? Say yes, spend time with those you love, and continue to make memories throughout your preps

With a longer season there was more times where I physically and mentally couldn’t do anything other than bodybuilding and work. This gave me an even deeper appreciation for what my off season body allows me to do ❤️🙏 by @major.mina

The perfect birthday reset 🎂🏝️ 🌊🎈🐚

Finally took some time to slow down with my love and go on vacation for the first time in over 3 years! We got to be present and really reflect on all the amazing things we’ve done and talk about plans for our future.

We also got to try out some new gyms including @oakislandfitness which was truly a gem in such a quaint beach town, took the dogs to the beach for the first time, baked a cake, and watched the sun rise 💛

Year 28 was magical, I accomplished so many things I’ve always dreamed of but- I have a feeling year 29 is going to be even better 🙏🫶

My Mina Moon 🌙 Happy “last” birthday

29 years ago, you came into this world and made it a better place you just didn’t know it yet.

I don’t think you realize the impact you have on the people around you. I’ve had the privilege of watching you help others find confidence in themselves, push them beyond what they thought they were capable of, and become better versions of who they are today. You have especially done the same for me and some.

You bring out a version of me that I didn’t know I was capable of. You challenge me, support me, believe in me, and most importantly love me in ways I didn’t know I needed. Your love has changed me for the best and getting to love you is something I’ll never take for granted.

You are the most selfless person I know. You give so much of yourself to the people you care about without ever asking for anything in return. So today, I want you to do something that doesn’t come naturally to you…let everyone celebrate YOU!

Let yourself receive the love, appreciation, and kind words from all of the people whose lives are better because you were just being you. You deserve every bit of it.

I hope this birthday reminds you just how loved you are, how much you’ve accomplished, and how many lives you’ve touched simply by being yourself.

If there’s ONE piece of advice I could give a new competitor… POSE, POSE, POSE. 🩷

Daily posing reps will make such a difference in your confidence on stage. Pose with a mirror, pose without one, record yourself, and get comfortable with how each pose feels in your body.

For me, posing did not come naturally. I felt awkward, overthought every movement, and had to really learn how to make the poses feel like me.

The more you practice, the less you have to think about it — and the more you can actually enjoy your time on stage. ✨

Don’t wait until peak week to start posing. Your posing deserves just as much practice as your physique. 🏆
