Introducing: Make Good Theatre Company! ⭐️

We are a new, Philadelphia-based theatre company that was founded through the collective vision of telling good stories, in good rooms, with good people. From new works, to musicals, to classic plays and beyond, our goal is to produce work that feels fulfilling. Creatives and audiences will be welcomed into spaces that highlight the process of the artist, and the joy that comes with it. In a world that is everchanging, we hope to collaborate with the artists that inspire us and collectively do our best to Make Good.

Stay tuned for our first show announcement, coming later today! If you've read this far, and have any guesses as to what it may be, let us know in the comments!

SUBMISSIONS OPEN: I Love my Country, Philadelphia - a musical cabaret.

Is there a story you have that could have only happened in Philadelphia? Make Good Theatre Company is looking for singers for our upcoming cabaret, I Love My Country Philadelphia: A Musical Cabaret. The show will take place at SideQuest Theater in Center City on July 19th at 8pm, with a brief rehearsal held at 6pm prior to performance.
We are seeking musical acts from any and all genres (musical theatre, pop/rock, original work, etc.) that have ties to the City of Brotherly Love and want to share their experience through song. A live accompanist will be provided and the show will mainly feature solo acts, although duets and trios are also encouraged! (Please specify in your audition form if you are submitting as a duet/trio).

This event is a fundraiser for Make Good Theatre Company, so compensation will not be provided, nor will professional videography. However, performers are more than welcome to film and photograph their own acts for future portfolio use. There is no ticket minimum for performers. All are welcome, and artists from the BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities are especially encouraged to submit.

Head to the link in our bio, or our website, to learn more and submit your materials! ⭐️💚 taken in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania by @makegoodtheatreco
