🚨make moves w/ mandy 🚨

want to learn shuffling or just starting out in your shuffle journey? this move’s for YOU 💃🏼

back in my day [insert someone yelling bOoMeR 👵] it was called the crip walk, but since that dance has been banned from a bunch of schools we’re just going to call it the HEEL WALK… kay? 😬

the key to nailing this is the weight transfer. your weight should be on the foot that’s planted with your hip out, NOT on the heeled foot.

the other 🔑 is hitting the double. remember: single, single, double. single, single, double. it doesn’t matter which side you start on so long as you do one on either side followed by a double (then it alternates).

once you get the weight transfer and the pattern of single // single // double, try speeding it up. it’s a super simple move that looks awesome when you do it quickly and add in arm movement!

remix this reel and try it with me 🙌🏼 post any questions in the comments so everyone can learn this shuffle move together 🥰
