31 weeks. 3 shows. I can officially say I completed my first bodybuilding season.
Never in a million years did I imagine saying that. This journey challenged me in ways I never could have expected, and it has easily been one of the most transformative experiences of my life not just physically, but mentally.
Through the self-doubt, insane mental and physical exhaustion, and everything life threw at me, I showed up for myself every damn day. I’m so proud of the person I became through this process and so grateful for everything this sport has taught me.
I couldn’t have done it without the people who showed up for me when I needed it most. I’m beyond grateful for all the love and support I’ve received throughout this journey!
Most importantly, thank you to my coach Kyla for always believing in me and pushing me to be my best.
