THE MEDALS ARE MINE. THE FLOWERS ARE THEIRS. 💐🏆

Twenty pictures because one couldn't tell this fucking story.

I came to compete.
I came to fucking win.

But somewhere between the stage, the medals, the posing, the laughing, the bullshit and the absolute fucking chaos, I realized something:

The biggest win is knowing who your people are.

These are the motherfuckers I can call at 3:00 in the fucking morning and know somebody is picking up.

Not because I'm winning.
Not because there's a camera around.
Not because there's something in it for them.

Because that's what real ones fucking do.

Some of you have seen me at my best.
Some of you have seen me completely fucking broken.

And some of you probably don't even realize how much your presence has meant to me while I've been fighting battles you know absolutely nothing about.

So look at these fucking pictures.

Look at the smiles.

That's real.

I'm learning that life isn't just about figuring out who deserves a seat at your table.

It's about watering the people who water you. 🌱

Give people their flowers while they're still here to fucking smell them.

To every motherfucker in this carousel who showed up, laughed with me, competed beside me, supported me, checked on me, or simply made a fucked-up chapter of my life a little brighter:

The trophy can sit on a shelf.

Watching Makenna grow throughout this season- not only as an athlete, but in her confidence, discipline, and belief in herself- has been one of the best parts of coaching her.

At only 23 years old, she stepped into the Bikini ANd Wellness divisions, WORKED, trusted the process, and finished her season with a 2nd place finish! 🥈🔥 And even better? She walked away HAPPY and proud of what she accomplished.

This sport is about so much more than a placing. It’s about who you become along the way- and Makenna has so much ahead of her. We’re just getting started. 🥹💪🏼🩷💃🏼✨

At just 23 years old, you’ve shown a level of discipline that many people never find. You didn’t skip steps. You didn’t look for shortcuts. You trusted the process every single day.

You hit your macros.
You completed every cardio session.
You practiced your posing.
You stayed coachable.
You kept showing up, even when it wasn’t easy.

Watching my client Makenna step on stage for the very first time at just 23 years old was such a proud coach moment for me. 🥹✨

This girl has dug DEEP through this prep. Every workout, every posing session, every check-in… she showed up with maturity, discipline, and trust in the process beyond her years. She didn’t cut corners. She executed the plan, stayed coachable, and worked her ass off every single week.

And when it was time to hit the stage… she SHINED. ✨

The best part? This is only the beginning for her. We already have our next show ahead and I know she’s only going to keep growing in this sport. The future is SO bright for this athlete and I’m beyond grateful to be in her corner through it all.💃🏼

4th place ➡️ and one step closer every time ✨

It is always an honor to step on stage as a Pro-standing next to some of the most incredible women who have all worked so hard to be there. This division is no joke, and I have so much respect for every single athlete up there with me.
Thank you @musclecontest for an incredible show! 🎉 Always the best people backstage/on stage and everywhere at their shows!💯🙏🏼

I’m beyond grateful. For my friends, my family, my amazing prep coach, and posing coach… my people near and far-your support means everything. I truly could not do this without you. You carry me through the highs, the nerves, the doubts… all of it. 💙

Feedback: they love my look… we just need a little more glutes 🍑😉 and I came in a touch lean. So we go to work.

Because that’s what this sport is-taking feedback, understanding different judges’ perspectives, putting your head down, and getting better.

And trust me… I’m coming for that top spot. I’ll work hard as hell to get there.

BUT I have to take a moment for my girl- her FIRST show and she showed UP. Watching her step on stage, own it, and grow through the process was everything. She’s only getting stronger from here and this is just the beginning. So damn proud of you… more to come 💫

But most importantly? I’m going to keep showing up with a positive mindset and have a whole lotta fun doing it… because damn, I LOVE this sport.
