I've spent years learning how to care for others. ๐Ÿค Lately, my body has been reminding me that I deserve that same care, too. ๐ŸŒฟ Between painful periods, poor sleep, and jaw tension from clenching, I knew it was time to stop pushing through, start listening and get support. โœจ What I love about acupuncture is that it's not just about treating symptoms, it's about understanding the whole person. Before a single needle was placed, we talked through everything that had been going on, from my cycle to my sleep to my stress levels. ๐ŸŒ™ And yes, despite how it looks, I find it incredibly relaxing. ๐Ÿ˜Œ๐Ÿชท One of the unique blessings of my life is getting a front-row seat to watch my husband do the work he was meant to do. ๐Ÿ˜ป After years of caring for patients, he's recently opened a Saturday practice with the intention of making acupuncture more accessible and creating a space dedicated to serving our community. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝโœจ ๐ŸŒŽ I see the care he puts into every treatment, the way he listens, the intention behind every recommendation, and the genuine desire he has to help people feel better in their bodies. ๐Ÿค Leaving this session, I felt calmer, lighter, and more connected to myself. ๐ŸŒธ If your body has been asking for support, whether that's painful periods, stress, poor sleep, chronic tension, or simply a chance to slow down and reconnect. I love doing makeup for weddings, it is such an intimate experience where you get the opportunity to be a part of making someoneโ€™s day special. I like to make sure that moment between the bride and I is time for her to relax, feel taken care of and in the end feel beautiful. I used to take bridal appointments sparingly because I was traveling 85% of the year but now that Iโ€™m more grounded, Iโ€™ve opened up my calendar for bookings.
