Had the pleasure of photographing art this week for @zakuband's debut LP which dropped yesterday! Robby ordered this 12 inch slab of steel machined into the shape of their Yamaha DX7 inspired logo, and wanted something akin to the Terminator 2 steelbook cover or Konami's Snatcher for the PS1. We met up Thursday and experimented with lighting, and then I ended up compositing about 4 different shots to result in something sort of brutalist yet glamorous. 😎 #jfusion #metal #phillydiy by @mal4m
