With deepest respect & GRATITUDE to everyone that has journeyed with Malakai Sun 🕯

It takes immense COURAGE to open your Hearts & allow another to walk alongside the intricacies of your Soul. It is a Priviledge to witness another in such Truth so thankyou dearly for sharing that with me in Sacred space. It is a Beautiful thing, that we as Humans have the capacity to FEEL so deeply~ in whatever colour that may be.

Thank you for trusting this space, & more importantly for Trusting yourselves.

The Essence of Malakai Sun will always be a guide back to the understanding that the Magic is YOU, always.

YOUR Truth is your Greatest Teacher, your Body & Soul your Greatest Healer.

my personal journey with concussion & lifelong curiosity is what first led me to this beautiful work ♡

craniosacral therapy is an invitation for the body to shift from survival to stillness. within the gentleness & subtlety, there is space to soften, not push. 🌊

to exhale rather than brace.
to surrender, rather than control.
to listen, rather than 'fix'.

a gentle space to slow down ~
to breathe.
to feel
to soften

back to breath
back to presence
back to ourselves

there is nothing that needs 'fixing', only space for the bodys innate intelligence to work its magic. ✨️

this was the song this beautiful place was singing the day I went & hadn't yet realised life as I'd known it had just changed in a second xx

life isn't what happens to us it's how we choose to respond~we can spend our lives being victim to circumstance or to dwell on what we cannot change. or (with time, self-compassion, connection, gratitude & deep healing) we can choose to evolve, seek the learnings & the gifts ~

most importantly we can embrace the person these challenges allow us to become & how we choose to be of service to the world through that wisdom, resilience, truth, compassion & LOVE.

And at once I knew, I was not MAGNIFICENT.

"You are not a drop in the Ocean, you are the entire Ocean in a drop" ~Rumi

Holocene is the song of my Soul, there is such magic in the way it speaks. ✨️

My dad passed away when I was 22, & since then~ I have walked in many Oceans around the world, under the stars & listened to this song.

Hair down, Heart wide open, Spirit FREE.

This Presence has always deeply connected me to the Spirit in everything; the music, the cosmos, the wind, the water, the memory,
the Magnificence of a moment.

"& I could see for miles, miles, miles"

It took me time to consciously understand it all, but the FEELING was always there.

Within you is the Light of Infinite Suns xx
