.
FEEL FREEDOM AGAIN.

There comes a moment
when you realise

the cage was never the world

it was the mind.

The conditioned loops.
The inherited fears.
The silent rules you agreed to
without remembering you had a choice.

The caged mind system keeps you small.
It feeds on comparison.
It survives on approval.
It tightens through overthinking.

And slowly…
you forget what expansion feels like.

But the body remembers.

Your breath remembers.

Freedom is not rebellion.
It is remembrance.

When you breathe consciously
you interrupt the old circuitry.
You move oxygen into places
where fear once lived.

You expand the ribs.
You soften the jaw.
You rewire the nervous system.

And suddenly
the bars dissolve.

Not because the world changed.
But because you did.

Freedom feels like:

• Clear lungs
• An unclenched chest
• A steady gaze
• Decisions made without apology
• Silence that feels safe
• A body that trusts itself again

The caged mind system cannot survive in regulated breath.

Ox Gen Breath Movement is not about escape.
It is about reclaiming sovereignty.

You are not here to live inside mental confinement.

You are here to breathe fully.
Choose clearly.
Move powerfully.

And feel free again.

The Ox Gen Movement Breathe Birthing Program
Where breath meets biology.

This unique program is grounded in the science of breathwork and the nervous system, supporting mothers to activate the parasympathetic state the body’s natural “rest and digest” mode during pregnancy, labour, and birth.

Through conscious diaphragmatic breathing, we reduce cortisol, increase oxytocin, and regulate the vagus nerve creating a calm, connected internal environment for both mother and baby.

Whether preparing for your first birth or seeking a more empowered experience, this method supports:
• Reduced fear and tension
• Improved oxygenation for baby
• Pain modulation through natural endorphins
• Emotional regulation and mind-body awareness

Birth begins with breath.
Join us and learn to anchor in calm through each phase of your journey.

Start now. Your body already knows how.

OX GEN BREATH MOVEMENT
Integrating Lost Aspects of Self Through Breathwork Therapy

In the quiet rhythm of the breath, we begin to remember.

There are parts of us we’ve left behind in heartbreak, trauma, disconnection, and the roles we’ve had to play to survive. These lost aspects of self may show up as emotional reactivity, deep fatigue, feeling fragmented, or a lingering sense of something missing.

Through the Ox Gen Breath Movement, we create space for those parts to return.

Breathwork is not just a practice of regulation it is a ceremony of return.
By consciously breathing, we move beyond the mind and into the body the only place these pieces can safely land again. Each breath becomes a bridge back to the parts of ourselves that were silenced, exiled, or forgotten.

Our Integrative Breathwork Therapy focuses on:
• Reclaiming fragmented aspects of identity
• Healing inner child wounds and unmet needs
• Releasing inherited patterns and generational trauma
• Accessing inner wisdom and soul remembrance
• Rebuilding safety in the body and self-trust

This is not about becoming someone new. It’s about reuniting with who you were before the world told you who to be.

If you’re feeling the call to reclaim your wholeness to breathe life back into your true essence our Ox Gen sessions are designed to guide you gently home.

Because your healing isn’t just for you it’s a ripple.
Every time you breathe yourself back into wholeness, you change the field around you.

With you in the remembering,
Ox Gen Breath Movement

Let Him Be a Man

A Therapeutic Reflection on our men and the truth of our men a man who knows himself. This is our men naturally. See them for their true nature.

There is a quiet war that rages beneath the surface of modern life — one not declared by weapons or words, but by subtle conditioning, social messaging, and cultural dilution.

And its target… is the man.

Not the violent, domineering archetype so often criticized.
But the true man — the one who is calm, powerful, loving, and steady in his being.
The one who carries presence, not performance.
The one who protects not from fear, but from devotion.

Society, perhaps unknowingly, is attempting to reshape him.
To soften his edges until he’s no longer rooted in his truth, but floating in neutrality.
To dull his instincts, his direction, his sacred fire.
To label his natural authority as dangerous, and his decisiveness as oppressive.

But a real man is not dangerous when he is deeply connected to himself.
He becomes dangerous when the world teaches him to doubt who he is.

A man who is grounded in self —
• does not need to dominate.
• does not need to prove.
• does not need to flee.
He holds. He listens. He moves with certainty.
His silence carries weight, his stillness radiates peace, and his love does not waver.

Do not take this from him.
Do not rob him of his backbone and call it healing.
Do not confuse suppression with evolution.

A whole man is not a neutral man — he is a balanced one.
He knows his tenderness and his fire.
He knows when to stand back and when to step forward.
He is powerful because he is loving.
And he is loving because he is powerful enough to choose it.

So let him stand in himself.
Let him walk in his own name.
Let him lead with heart, speak with truth, protect with purpose, and live from centre.

We don’t need fewer men.
We don’t need to strip men of their power
We need to understand men
We need whole men.

This is the true man that women sometimes cannot see due to social conditioning. This is him in his power.

We need men to be free to be a man who owns his strong sense of self.

As the golden light faded, we moved with it.
Flowing, breathing, surrendering.
The sky painted its final masterpiece of the day and we met it with stillness, gratitude and quiet awe.

There’s something about sunset yoga that reminds us of life’s gentle rhythm.
The inhale of the day, the exhale of the night.
The fire of movement, the peace of rest.
The closing of one chapter, the promise of another.

Tonight, we let go with the sun.
And in that letting go, we found ourselves.

Thank you to everyone who came.
All my love, Irina

What is doing the work? Most issues in therapy are because you choose to stay stuck! Accept things as they are and as they are not. Releasing towards self-discovery and healing begins with acceptance. Resisting reality only prolongs the feeling of being stuck in a cycle of unfulfilled expectations and unfairness.

Letting go of the ‘should haves’ and ‘could haves’ is key to unlocking growth and progress. It’s okay to acknowledge the difficulties and setbacks, but constantly replaying them in our minds only hinders our ability to move forward.

Remember, the path to healing starts when we embrace the present moment and choose to walk towards a brighter tomorrow.

“I am in my quiet era, I don’t have a lot to say anymore.” These words resonate with the wisdom that comes with embracing a period of introspection and stillness. It is not a sign of weakness or apathy, but rather a profound acknowledgment of one’s journey towards inner peace and understanding.

May we learn to appreciate the power of silence, where words may falter but the heart speaks volumes. In this quiet era, may we find clarity, strength, and a renewed sense of self-awareness. Remember, sometimes the most profound truths are found in the spaces between words.

Through death, a Hero becomes a Legend
Through time, a Legend becomes a Myth
