🥇 @lavaredoultratrail 50K; quite the way to make my 50K debut!

That was painful, but so rewarding.
It wasn’t the best day out there and I had to deal with several setbacks, but above all, I couldn’t be happier and prouder of this one 🫶🏻

Grazie mille a tutti for organising such a special race. I’ll definetely be back!

The smile, the tears at the finish line, and that moment of remembering why I love running so much… that was the biggest win yesterday.

So proud. So happy. And so grateful for the people who stay by my side—not just in the highs, but especially in the lows.

It’s definitely been an unexpected season. From the 3rd fastest time in history in Zegama, to a tough DNF in OCC — challenging in many ways, both personally and professionally.

Not the end of the season I was hoping for, but taking the time to properly recover (especially mentally) after Chamonix, and building slowly for the winter ahead, has been the smartest decision I could have made.

A season of learning and growing — finding my weaknesses and working on them. Easy to focus on the low points, but looking back with more perspective, I’ve taken many steps forward.

Still some big challenges to figure out. But I’ll keep working on it, towards a 2027 with a healthy mind and a ready body.

Having the best team of humans around you sometimes makes you take decisions that, at first sight, you don’t like. But with time, they make you feel very proud of yourself. Extremely grateful to the ones who keep me on the right track ;)

And grateful to everyone who’s been part of another rollercoaster year — brands, friends, family, team. Thank you for making me love this sport a little more every day.

Time to switch shoes for skis... one week to go! Excited to meet the team again @fedme_insta, vamos!! ❤️‍🔥

Took some much-needed easy weeks at home after OCC to recharge the batteries and get ready for what’s next.

Witnessing tragic accidents from the distance involving friends and spending many hours in the hospital with my dad made me realize how lucky we are simply to be alive and healthy.

A small reminder that life can be unfair sometimes, and that nothing should be taken for granted. But also that life can be pretty amazing if we make the most of every second we have.

Winter season is approaching…but first, biking adventure coming with my pal @naomi_lang__ and her Scottish gang ;)

Next bib is knocking on the door, and this one feels very special.

Feeling incredibly grateful to arrive at this start line with a healthy body and a happy mind.
I won’t lie — I do feel some fear and respect for the distance, but I’m also lining up with a lot of confidence. Knowing that I’ve put in the work to enjoy this historic race against the best in the world!

Facing 61K and 3500+ m of elevation gain, with the only goal of crossing the finish line with a smile, proud of myself. See you out on the trails tomorrow in Chamonix!⛰️❤️‍🔥

For @malenosaa, training has never meant doing just one thing.

Running takes her into the mountains. The bike lets her stay there longer, explore the same terrain differently and keep building the athlete she wants to become.

More hours outside. Less impact on the body. A different kind of effort, and sometimes, the reset she needs before running again.

A little bit of August, surrounded by people who make life easier, and mountains that take your breath away.

Many shared trainings, good food, long runs, and, especially, a lot of joy in the pocket — I feel like I’ve already won before even reaching my next starting line.

Life’s great. Body feels great. Excitement is high. We keep rolling ❤️‍🔥

It’s the beginning of a new @malenosaa . ❤️‍🔥

After struggling with cramping, pressure and a few heartbreaking DNFs, @malenosaa knew something had to change.

The biggest transformation didn’t come from training harder. It came from changing her mindset. Racing with less pressure, enjoying the process again and trusting herself.❤️‍🩹

After finishing second at @zegamaaizkorri , Malen now returns to the Salomon @pitzalpineglaciertrail , where she also finished second last year.🥈
