Sea bass in salt is one of my favourite dishes. Simple, nutritious, delicious. Very good quality material, patience and care for a nice cooking and a joyful and elegant presentation. A touch of rich olive oil. Enjoyment assured

Hummus is no longer just hummus.
It's a world of creativity, full of colour and flavour
Fan of toppings
Here I sautéed the chickpeas with the peanut dukkah and then, in the same pan, patiently browned the bimis.
All with a touch of smoky De La Vera.
