A creation expands when everyone brings their own spark to the table.

Last week, this kitchen became a living ecosystem of hands, flavours, movement and skills. Different energies finding one rhythm, each person adding something only they could bring.

It’s been a great joy for us to create together. Deep gratitude for this team and the harmony we cooked up along the way. 🤲🏽🧡

Malen took good care of us. After our daily practice, we enjoyed the most delicious brunch created by our amazing private chef @malenthecook She knows exactly where to find the sweetest mangos, the creamiest avocados, the juiciest tomatoes, the freshest herbs and eggs and so much more.

Malena takes loving care of every participant’s nutritional needs, creating meals that are fresh, healthy, beautifully balanced, and full of flavour. Her dinners are just as spectacular, and each evening she surprised us with a new creation of homemade sweets, unique, delicious.

Thank you for your world-class food, prepared with so much care, intention and love. It’s a joy to collaborate with you, and I would be more than happy to work with you again.

All love
Eleonora
