Back at @wodapalooza for a second year with the team! @therealkylepayne and @mikesjerseysubs you guys make the whole process more fun. This year really rekindled my love for fitness and I’m excited to keep pushing and find new challenges!

Thank you @prince_travj for all of your support over the many months of training. More importantly congratulations to you and your team on crushing your first comp ❤️

Renaissance was a dream! My first time seeing @beyonce and it was definitely worth the wait. Also I’m sore from 3 hours of dancing 🕺 #renaissance taken in The Renaissance World Tour by @malik_allen96

Brought Oli home 4 years ago today and it was the best choice, even with the rugs, couches and books he’s demolished. Dog love is truly unconditional and I couldn’t be happier to have him in my life. ❤️❤️❤️ My little beast 🐕 taken in Los Angeles, California by @malik_allen96
