I don’t showcase too much of this kind of work on my feed, but I think I should. Spent the last weekend chasing around and capturing this amazing group of people giving it their all and putting themselves out there and it’s definitely something that should be admired. Proud of all of you @bricklosangeles peeps and all the hard work you do! Here’s to the future comps 💪

My first Wodapalooza in the books with Brick gym and my amazing team (Snatch us if you can!) Darwin and Justin and of course my guy Malik. I made new friendships, deepened others, PRd and proved I’m not yet too old to compete. I would never have thought to try without being inspired by Malik and his drive. I’m so proud of my teammates and all the sweat, blood, and tears we put in! Lastly, the Brick gym community and all those who competed this weekend (and showed up to support) were incredible! 🏋️‍♂️❤️. @marcella_ab and @foxkathyca and @iamjessicapayne thank you for the great photos!!!

When we decided that Burning Man would be the place to celebrate my milestone birthday, it was unbelievable how the stars aligned, formed an arrow, and pointed directly at Black Rock City. 📍

They say you don’t get the Burn you want, you get the Burn you need.

I didn’t know that I needed to be surrounded by a group of such positive, creative, wild, nurturing, and passionate souls. The @glamcocks embody “Radical Self-Expression” LIKE NO OTHER! 🐓

Thank you for all the guidance, the laughs, the tears, the wild nights, the magical sunrises, the openness, the communal effort, the MUSIC! And so, so much more.

I couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful, chaotic, absurd, loving group of humans to experience it with. ❤️‍🔥

Thank you @vtangtastic for introducing Nate and me to the Glamcocks family. I will never forget when we met last December and, somewhere in the middle of our conversation, you asked us, “Wait, are you guys Burners??”

And a special shoutout to my BFFs for also jumping in with both feet! It wouldn’t have been the same without you guys! @joanekay @malik_allen96 @prince_travj @stygarino ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

And a special, special thank you to @desertlandnate. I couldn’t have done it without you. 🫀
