Today, I’m celebrating the beauty industry, my growth, and the blessing of being able to do something I truly love! 🧖🏽‍♀️💕

Becoming an esthetician was a dream I put off for years, but God’s timing was always better than mine. Today, I’m proud to say that I took that leap of faith, trusted the process, and became a LICENSED ESTHETICIAN! 🥹🙌🏽

This journey is so much bigger than skincare for me. It’s about helping people feel confident in their own skin, creating a space for self-care, and building a legacy that means something. It’s also a way for me to carry a piece of my mama with me and honor the beauty legacy she left behind. 🕊️🤍

Here’s to glowing skin, beautiful souls, new beginnings, and walking boldly in the purpose God has placed on my life! ✨

He didn’t bring me any breakfast today, BUT he treated me to lunch, y’all! 😂❤️

Come get himmmmm because not him hiding behind the truck when I turned in like I CAN’T SEE HIM! 😂😂😂 Daddy, please! 🤣

But like always, “I’ve Got The Recipe” never disappoints! It’s literally one of our favorite places to have lunch. The vibes are ALWAYS on point! 🥰

The staff is always super sweet, always checking on us and making sure we’re good. The food is alwayssss immaculate, the music is always a whole vibe, AYEEEE! 🎶😂and we’re always welcomed with smiles and that warm, welcoming energy.

You can tell when a place genuinely cares about their customers, and they definitely make you feel right at home. ❤️

Daddy + lunch + good food + good music = a GOOD day! 🥰

Doing it scared.
Doing it alone.
Doing it tired.
Doing it by any means necessary. 🤍

There have been so many moments where I’ve questioned myself, wondered if I was doing enough, or wondered how everything was going to come together.

But I keep showing up.

Painting my own walls. Building my own space. Putting my own hands, time, money, prayers, tears, and SO much love into this business.

I may not have everything figured out yet, but I know WHO I’m trusting. 🙏🏾

I’m trusting God to supply every need.
I’m trusting Him with the vision He placed in me.
I’m trusting that what I can see in my mind is only the beginning of what He’s capable of doing through me.

Because baby… this business is going to become EVEN MORE than what my mind has already imagined. ✨

One wall. One client. One prayer. One step at a time.

I’m building it scared.
I’m building it tired.
I’m building it with what I have.
But most importantly, I’m building it with God. 🤍

I don’t even know where to start… my heart is so full right now.

Thank you to every single one of you who took the time to congratulate me, uplift me, encourage me, and celebrate this moment with me. The messages, the love, the support… it didn’t go unnoticed. It was felt deeply.

There were days I felt overwhelmed, days I questioned myself, and days I wanted to give up but my village never let me stay there. Y’all reminded me of my “why” when I got discouraged, y’all poured into me when I felt empty, and y’all believed in me even when I was trying to find that belief within myself.

That kind of love… you can’t take that for granted.

I’m so grateful, so thankful, and so humbled to have people like y’all in my corner. This isn’t just a win for me, it’s a win for everybody who stood behind me, prayed for me, checked on me, and pushed me forward.

Reintroducing myself… 🤍

Hi, I’m officially a LICENSED ESTHETICIAN!!! AHHHHHHHHHH 😭✨

I don’t even know where to start… this journey broke me down, built me back up, and tested me in ways I never expected. There were days I wanted to give up, days I cried, days I felt like I wasn’t enough… but God never let me fall. He held me together when I felt like I was falling apart. His grace carried me when my own strength ran out. This is nothing but Him… all glory to God 🙏🏽✨

And this moment… it means even more because I dedicate it to my mom 🤍
I wish you could see me right now. I wish I could hear you tell me you’re proud. Everything I did, I carried you with me. Your love, your strength, your prayers… they never left me. Even on my hardest days, I felt you pushing me to keep going.

This is for you. I hope I made you proud 🕊️

I’m stepping into this new chapter with a full heart, walking in my purpose, and becoming everything I prayed to be.

Thank you to everyone who stood by me, prayed for me, and loved me through it all. I will never forget it 🫶🏽

I PASSED my Written/Theory State Board Exam today!!! 🥹✨One test down, one more to go!God really showed out for me. The late nights, the studying, the stress, the sacrifices it was all worth it. I am officially one step closer to becoming a Licensed Esthetician 💆🏽‍♀️🤍This journey hasn’t been easy, but quitting was never an option. They ask me who I do it for… and honestly, I don’t even have to say a word. My heart is overflowing. 🤞🏾❤️🙏🏾Y’all… my baby called me after his first night at the Chris Paul compound, and I could feel the joy in his voice before he even finished his sentence. He said,“Mama, I’m not nervous anymore.”And right then I knew he’s stepping into his moment. LET’S GOOOOOOO VICTOR!! 🔥🏀💪🏾These headshots?! I’m screaming. My baby is growing up right in front of my eyes confident, focused, and walking in his purpose. This is everything we prayed for.And hearing him say how good he did with the drills tonight… whew. Just a little life update… I got my cap and gown the day before my baby’s birthday, but I didn’t say a word because I wanted his day to be all about him. 🤞🏾♥️This whole week and weekend celebrating my child seeing that big ol’ smile on his face made this moment hit even deeper for me, because he is the reason I’m doing this. He is my why. 🙏🏾And God… all I can say is nobody but You. You are truly AMAZING.This journey has been a testimony from beginning to end. I wouldn’t change a single part of it. Every challenge, every setback, every tear it all brought me closer to God. It strengthened my faith, my foundation, and my walk. By the grace of God, I am still here, still pushing, still following the path He laid out for me despite everything that tried to stand in the way.We’re almost there, Mama.
