Pennsylvania, you rock! 🤩 🍁 This past Saturday, our tour stop took us to North Park, PA, and we are still blown away by the energy on site.

Thanks so much to all our hikers, volunteers, to our EMT, Park staff, Police, our partners and everyone else involved in our first MammothMarch in the Keystone State! 💚

A beautiful fall day, a challenging 20-miler, a great community and the best volunteers made this MammothMarch one to remember and we can't wait for the next one in Minnesota on Saturday. Anyone else ready for more fall hiking?! 🥾 by @mammothmarch

Introducing: HIKE YOUR HOOD

This January, we’re challenging the MammothMarch community to get outside, keep moving through winter, and start 2027 with a goal worth working toward.

Hike Your Hood is a month long virtual hiking challenge that you can complete anywhere, your neighborhood, a local trail, a nearby park, or your favorite walking route.

Choose your goal:

🥾 20 miles
🥾 30 miles
🥾 60 miles

Then use the entire month of January to complete it at your own pace. Hike a little at a time, tackle longer weekend walks, or mix it up throughout the month. Just track your miles and keep moving toward your goal.

Every participant will also receive a special Hike Your Hood package, including a limited edition hoodie, MammothMarch pin, sticker, 2027 calendar, bandana, weekly winter hiking tips and more. Plus, you’ll automatically be entered into our special prize draw for two MammothMarch East Tennessee tickets and a one night stay at the Lodge at Fall Creek Falls!

Choose it. Hike it. Track it. Complete it.

One unique National Park edition took place this past Sunday at Cuyahoga Valley National Park and we can't believe this was year six (!) already for the mother of all MammothMarches. 1,000 hikers conquered 20 wet, muddy, strenuous, challenging but rewarding miles in northeast Ohio and we felt the community spirit throughout the whole day. 🥾🏞️

70 volunteers came out to support our hikers and we're grateful for every single one of them along with our partners, CVNP staff, Boston Township, Valley Fire, and everyone else involved! Thank you so much for making this a memorable return to where it all started! 💚🤗

Next up, we'll be in the Hudson Valley for one of our toughest Mammoths all year. Who is looking forward to the challenge already? by @mammothmarch

This past August was jam-packed with four MammothMarches and while a lot of you hopefully still look back happy to have conquered one or more of these, all of you can now look ahead as we're running all four back next summer! Tomorrow at 9 am ET/8 am CT, we are opening the registration for the following 2027 summer adventures:

🥾 SOUTHEAST OHIO: Some say it's one of the most beautiful (and shaded) lake-view trails, while others call it the “Beast of Southeast Ohio”. Either way, Burr Oak State Park is one of our highlights right after our summer break.

🥾 UPSTATE NEW YORK: … doesn’t need an introduction. Letchworth State Park aka the “Grand Canyon of the East” is one of the most popular and scenic hosts all year. Add a 20-mile route through lush forests, spectacular waterfall views, and stunning gorges and you know why tickets won’t last long.

🥾 MICHIGAN: Lush woodlands, tallgrass prairies, lake-view trails, and expansive fields in every direction: Stony Creek Metropark is a MammothMarch for everyone. It features one of the most diverse trail systems, all kinds of surfaces and not a whole lot of elevation.

🥾 NEW HAMPSHIRE: ... is one of the most underrated trails we have all season. A stunning park, beautiful trails, and quintessential New England summer beauty. Bear Brook State Park never disappoints and is one of our true hidden gems. You won’t regret signing up for this one!

The “Show Me State“ never disappoints and so 1,000 hikers showed what true grit and determination mean. 💪🏼

MammothMarch Missouri took place on Sunday and it was another gorgeous late-summer day spent outdoors. Congrats to all our participants, and a huge thanks to everyone involved, making our fourth edition at Weldon Spring another successful one! 💚

Happy Labor Day, hikers! 🥾🇺🇸🌲

Today is all about celebrating hard work, and if there’s one thing hikers know, it’s that the best views, strongest memories, and proudest moments usually come after putting in the effort. 💪

Whether you’ve been spending the long weekend tackling a new trail, getting some training miles in, or simply enjoying a peaceful walk outside, we hope you find time to unplug, breathe in the fresh air, and appreciate how far your own two feet can take you.
