A day so long I can barely recall my 4:45 sm run, but here it is, a reminder that I got it done.

Our first Mammoth March is in the books! We committed to 20 miles in under 8 hours, and we finished in 6h 6m!! I also have my very first "sports" medal 🥹

I'm very proud and VERY sore. Couldn't have done it without my best friends, yapping, and trail snacks ❤️

I did my first Mammoth March! 20ish miles in the St. Croix State Park! So many nice people along the way, beautiful scenery, and seeing Adam when I finished! I was a little nervous about my solo adventure into the woods but was never alone along the way. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to try!

Another Mammoth March in the books!!

We completed our third Mammoth March this weekend in PA and it was our toughest one yet! So many rocky hills and a ton of elevation gain!

We couldn't have asked for better weather being in the 50s to lower 70s throughout the day and the fall leaves made it even better!

It was great running into old friends as well as talking to new people from all over along the way! Looking forward to the next one!

A rest stop worth stopping for! 🥾

MammothMarch brings hikers together to take on an unforgettable 20 or 30 mile hike in 8 hours, with rest stops along the way to refuel, recharge, and keep moving.

And it’s about more than miles! MammothMarch also supports reforestation efforts in the U.S., helping give back to the outdoor spaces we love.

Can't make it to an in-person MammothMarch? You can still join the adventure! Starting January 2027, Hike Your Hood is bringing the challenge to your own backyard with a month-long virtual hiking challenge. Choose your goal of 20, 30, or 60 miles and hike wherever you are!

Head over to @mammothmarch to learn more and get ready to hit the trails!

MAMMOTH DONE: 20 miles in just under 6 hrs. 🥾It’s was crazy humid and everyone was soaked through but it was so fun. I was the cheerleader on the trail 😂(my Blue Comet ☄️ days aren’t that long ago!) & I met some wonderful folks. A HUGE THANK YOU to the amazing volunteers-you all were so kind and incredible support for everyone 📣these events aren’t possible without your selfless service.
Thank you Mammoth March for a wondeful event, see you at another one somewhere! 💚

Mammoth March, Lake James, NC: Searching for the right words to describe this experience. We hiked over 20 miles (32 kilometers) in the woods with few aid stations & no “crowd support”. It took us about 8 1/2 hours (including breaks). This was my longest trek to date. To say I’m proud of myself is putting it mildly. I trained well, even in the middle of turmoil & chaos. My body showed up & let me finish. I can’t begin to thank Jessica & David (@jessica.w.mclaughlin , @dmclaughlin66 ) enough for always letting me be their 3rd wheel & letting me be their live podcast 24/7! I have a ton of family & friends to thank (you know who you are) for supporting me through this crazy idea to participate in this big ole hike. And of course gotta rep @hoka for outfitting my Stinsons, shirt, & hat! #mammothmarch2026
