What if clarity doesn’t come from thinking harder, but from creating enough space to listen?
Guayusa is a sacred Amazonian plant deeply revered by many traditions of the Ecuadorian Amazon. Traditionally, it has been worked with as a plant ally for clarity, dreams, discernment, and connection with one’s path.
This November, we invite you into a 7-day journey with Guayusa, guided by Sapara leader and wisdom keeper Manari Ushigua and supported by Florencia Fridman.
For 7 days, you’ll create an intentional space to sit with the plant, slow down, listen, and notice what begins to emerge through your dreams, intuition, emotions, conversations, and the places in your life asking for greater clarity.

🍃 7 days of sitting with Guayusa
🍃 2 live gatherings with Manari Ushigua
🍃 Guayusa from the Amazon for your journey
🍃 Guidance and practices for developing a relationship with the plant
🍃 A space for dreams, discernment, inner listening, and clarity

What if the uncertainty we are experiencing is also asking something of us?

To slow the mind.
To release old patterns.
To look beyond fear.
To remember our connection with one another and with the Earth.

Change does not always arrive quietly.

Sometimes, it asks us to become different before we fully understand why.

What is this moment asking you to leave behind?

We are honored to begin ALIVE, brought to life by @dybrkr , with the medicine of cacao and the rising sun.
Join @cacaolaboratory for a powerful Sunrise Cacao Ceremony, opened by @manariushigua and held together with @_saraloaiza .
As the first light breaks through, we’ll gather in community to connect with cacao, open our hearts, and set the intention for a day of aliveness.
Cacao has always been a bridge between people, cultures, the Earth and our hearts. What better way to begin ALIVE than by coming together, cup in hand, and welcoming a new day?!

And stay with us throughout the day! Cacao Laboratory will be vending all day Serving ceremonial cacao and opening hearts! by @manariushigua
