Welcome to the Osborne Residence.

From the street, this home doesn’t reveal too much of itself. However, upon entry, one is met with an intriguing and experiential journey through spaces that are designed around central courtyards.

Upon entering, you are greeted by the largest courtyard, spanning three levels from the basement to the top floor. The view is breathtaking, with large glass panels framing trees and a lush green landscape.

The home is meticulously detailed, with each step revealing new spaces and experiences. The owner, an architect himself, collaborated closely with Jon Boucher, Co-Founder and Director of B.E Architecture to create a space that feels calm, warm and balanced.

This was achieved through a thoughtfully curated palette of colors, materials, and textures. The extensive use of white off-form concrete, glass, and warm floors adds to the home's allure.

We hope you enjoy this photoshoot and we’re excited for Channel 9 to showcase this home, with presenters Nicole Jacobs and Di Kozlowska taking you on a grand tour. Stay tuned for the airing of this episode, and we will update you on the showtimes.

Crafted textures and custom details.

The Osborne Residence by B.E Architecture has been carefully crafted to create a home that is luxurious yet connected to place.

The concept was conceived around a few fundamental design elements - the focal point being a striking floating white concrete ceiling paired with expansive glass panels, charred timber, and the internal Japanese gardens.

Each part of the house has a clear purpose, with spaces unfolding in a natural sequence and opening to gardens and outdoor living areas. This approach creates a sense of ease and flow, offering both openness and privacy as family life moves throughout the day.
