If you don’t like the road you’re walking, start paving another one. —Dolly Parton
It was definitely tough deciding to move and leave behind everything we built in our middle age. But we believed we could and should do it. Now, here we are in the land of sun and palms! Almost three challenging years of ups and downs have passed, and we faced them all together as a family.
I am so happy and proud of you.You have filled my life with love and happiness.❤️❤️❤️ taken in Crowne Plaza Muscat, Oman by @mandananouri0

Our Kenya Camp guests are loving every step of their long run along the iconic Moiben Road! 🏃‍♂️🌄🔥

Coach @run_coach_hugo joined the run himself, while coach Collins followed the runners by car and handed out drinks, and our pacers @beatriceminingwo, Augustus and Cornelius helped them to keep a consistent pace.

We were also accompanied by @mandananouri0 from Iran, who was/is coached by coach Hugo and brought down the national records of Iran to 1.16 on the half marathon and 2.45 on the marathon (at the age of 45!). She's a legend!

Wanna join Kenya Camp? We organise running camps every single month (apart from April) in the next year. Check out Kenya-camp.com for more info.
