5 months ago i had an idea to host an outdoor mat pilates sculpt class to hip hop music and i almost talked myself out of it.

i showed up anyway, and so did 35 of you.

now it’s weekly, it’s growing, and it’s taught me to show up for myself the way you show up for yourselves each week.
