If you really want to unplug from civilization and enjoy the dark skies, Trona Pinnacles is a great spot to do it.

I met up with some fellow landscape photographers for some night photography and got to see some people drive this rocky desert terrain in some fun cars like this @fordbronco here.

Hope everyone had a wonderful Valentines Day weekend, spending time with people you love or doing something you love.

Pelican Cove will always be one of those places for me. I spent so many quiet moments walking those trails before moving away. Funny how a little distance makes you appreciate the everyday beauty you once took for granted.

2026 has already arrived with its share of noise.

Standing here, the water was so clear and still you could see beneath the surface—quiet, grounding, reflective. Even with others nearby, there was a shared understanding to move softly, to let the moment be what it was. Not turning away from the world, just pausing long enough to remember what calm feels like.

Happy to have been here and grateful to share this experience.

Oldie but goodie.

Hermosa Beach is still one of my favorite places in the “South Bay”. Theses days I rarely make it to LA, but when I do I try to make a quick stop here, or grab a slice of pizza from a shop I will not name as it honestly isn’t that great, but i treasure for nostalgias sake. taken in Hermosa Beach, California by @mandyonearth
