An attic dream

Concept for an attic

When the height allows the ceiling becomes the "4th dimension" to work with. In this case the paper lamps are meant to soften and "diffuse" the ceiling up to the point where it becomes fluid and the height becomes unperceptible.

Inspired by "the great outdoors" from #salonedelmobile a green colour scheme is created. Which colour scheme do you prefer?

Great outdoors - part 5

We are in the middle of the summer and this year, summer debut started with Salone del Mobile in Milan. Here are some outdoor furniture trends.
The living room area simply blends into the outdoors.

Paola Lenti continues the joy of living with colours. Relaxing shapes, knitted colourful lanterns, it’s all about the happiness of being surrounded by colours and beautiful objects.
One interesting aspect to mention Metamorphosis collection that got inspiration from the Japanese mottainai - meaning “What a waste!”. Mottainai is a term used to encourage “reduce, reuse and recycle”.

We are in the middle of the summer and this year, summer debut started with Salone del Mobile in Milan. Here are some outdoor furniture trends. (terrace set up inspiration).
The living room area simply blends into the outdoors.

Kettal is probably the most playful among all the brands described above. They successfully blend natural materials like rattan and wood with metal meshes and as a novelty with 3D printed clay.
Plumon is a very beautiful table designed by Patricia Urquiola based on the concept of clothing, on dressing and undressing furniture.
Kettal brings innovation in the all the outdoor areas. They also have a multifunctional pavilion that can work as a terrace, summer kitchen, bar or why not meeting area.
The colour pallets are carefully matched between materials.

Atelier Vierkant promotes clay to design. They come in hand when looking for unique clay pots to refine your outdoors areas.

Tribu brings more fluid and domestic lines, using warm shades and few terracotta accents. Tribu pavilion is an ode to well-being.

Varaschin talks about outdoor therapy, as a space to live that gives you time to create.
