La sfârșitul anului 2024 aveam impresia că tot anul nu făcusem altceva decât să merg la birou.
Simțeam că nu m-am bucurat, nu am descoperit și nu m-am mișcat suficient.
Am scris o listă, lună cu lună, cu tot ce trăisem. Atunci am văzut o diferență uriașă între realitate și percepție.

Ce simți nu este întotdeauna ce trăiești.

Calendarul 2026 a luat nastere din acest motiv: cu totii avem nevoie de claritate.

Am creat o hartă vizuală mare, care face viața personală vizibilă,
nu ascunsă în telefon, nu pierdută în aplicații.

Am regăsit astăzi acest desen al unei case în copac imaginare pe care l-am făcut citind cartea @calm în 2014. Acum 12 ani.
Mi-au trecut prin minte rapid sutele de ore de scris zilnic, de meditație și de yoga care au început tot prin acea perioadă.
Nu pot să nu mă gândesc ce contribuție masivă au avut în dezvoltarea mea aceste trei lucruri. Și cat de firească pare apariția @calendarul_claritatii după această analiză.

Le mai fac și azi după 12 ani?
Scriu altceva și în orice caz nu mai răspund în fiecare zi la aceleași întrebări cum am făcut aproape 2 ani (vezi slide 2), meditez când chiar îmi pare ca o ia lumea razna (de fapt vuiește prea tare în capul meu) și fac yoga destul de des acasă.

No matter how hard I try to share what I lived — the people I care about weren’t there with me. They can never fully understand. And somehow, that feels like a loss. Because I know that feeling it would make them happy.

Ziua de azi mi-au făcut-o mai bună acești maci de la colțul străzii de lângă coșul de gunoi. Pare ca au venit special pentru asta.

Bucureștiul este un oraș care te consumă.

De la mersul greoi pe trotuar în calitate de pieton, la traficul haotic în calitate de șofer, la drumul către casă care te obligă să vezi clădiri căzute și neîngrijite.

În trecut îmi plăcea mult contrastul în care vezi rațe în centrul orașului dar și spații Horeca similare cu cele din alte capitale.

Acum mă obosește acest așa zis contrast. Mă obosește să merg pe trotuar și să fiu mereu atentă să nu mă împiedic sau sa nu mă lovesc de ceva gunoi.

Și mă gândesc aproape obsesiv la ideea ca drumul până acasă face și el parte din casa mea. taken in Bucharest, Romania by @rayofmanta

Observation, for me, is the act of being present. We look at things all day long, but we rarely see them.
I like rediscovering the ordinary — domestic life, small details, quiet moments. I look for little wonders within it.
It gives me perspective and joy, and most of all, it reminds me that I am part of something larger.
I find this peaceful.

MOVEMENT, for me, is snow on my face, a walk in the forest, searching for the perfect sunset spot. They all make me feel present in my body.
It’s all about small moments of presence.
