Did you know carob has been called the “healthy chocolate” for centuries? 🌿✨

Here’s the fun part about carob:
🍃 Caffeine-free, so you can enjoy it any time of day (yes, even before bed)
🍃 Packed with fiber to keep you satisfied.
🍃 Rich in antioxidants that help your body fight stress from the inside out.
🍃 Naturally sweet, so no sugar crash.
🍃 Safe for kids, moms, and even your midnight cravings.

But beyond the facts, carob feels like comfort. Every bite of carob satisfies your sweet tooth without the side effects.

Not everything labelled “healthy chocolate” is what we believe a treat should be. 💛🌙

We disagree with the idea that you have to choose between enjoying something sweet and feeling good about what goes into your body.

What do you think the “healthy chocolate” world gets wrong? 👀

Carob is one of those ingredients people hear about and think…

“Isn’t that just another healthy food version of chocolate?” 😅

Or maybe you’ve seen carob powder at the shops and wondered, "what even is that?"

There are so many assumptions around carob but there’s actually a lot more to this naturally sweet ingredient. 🌿

So, let’s clear that up☝🏻

And if you’ve never tried it before, this might just make you curious enough to take that first bite.💛

Save this for the next time you spot carob in an Australian health food shop and tag someone who’s never heard of it!🙌🏻
