What does one of India’s leading breast cancer surgeons have to say about HYROX? 👨‍⚕️🏁

We caught up with Dr. Rohan Khandelwal (@sweatandscalpel )—an Ironman 70.3 finisher, @hyroxindia athlete, and fitness influencer—to talk about his HYROX Delhi experience, the power of functional fitness, and why everyone should make movement a part of their lifestyle.

Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or looking to level up, his insights are practical, motivating, and worth every second.

Watch till the end—you might just find the motivation you’ve been looking for. 💪

Some running advice is worth stopping for. 🏃‍♂️

When the legend of Indian running speaks, you listen.

At Yodha Run, Noida, @milindrunning shares a few words every runner should hear — simple, honest, and straight from someone who has spent decades inspiring people to run.

Still inspiring. Still running. Still showing the way. 🇮🇳

Gone are the days when you could just ask Milind Soman for a selfie… 😂📸

Now it’s:
“Selfie? Sure… but first, PUSH-UPS! 💪🏃‍♂️🤣

@milindrunning has officially upgraded the selfie game!
No push-ups, no picture. 😜

Would you take the challenge or quietly walk away? 😂

I missed the race I had been waiting 3 weeks for 😔
Couldn’t make it to the start line.
Felt terrible about it.
But the next day, I showed up anyway.
Same distance. Same competitive spirit. 🔥
And somehow… a new 5K PB. 🏃‍♂️💨
