I very much do not post about my race performances, I to keep these things to myself. Today I ran my best race since have total knee replacement, I dropped a fast half marathon at the @wgmarathon this morning. A 4 min PR since having my knee replaced and a 6 min improvement from 2 years ago when I ran this race 2 years ago.

I was told, don’t run again, well I say screw them, work your butt off and live your life! A 1:53:55 8:35 pace is about hard work, determination and discipline! #letsgo @crailsrunning by @marathonman_hero

Some days you win and some days you lose! Today was a not the best day for a run. Humid tired and it wasn’t my day! I still got 10 miles dome but it wasn’t the best! Keep fighting
