DEMETER DESIGNS x SOILSCAPE INSTALL

This project is an expansion to an existing @demeterdesigns.ag system

Phase 2 of this buildout utilizes existing Recipe Selection Trunk Lines from the Main Fertigation Room to create this Secondary Fertigation Room that now services 4 new Cultivation Rooms at this facility.

Cutting into the Live Trunk Lines that service ~ 40K sqft of operational canopy was a challenge that required a great deal of logistics and precision execution, which we aced without a hiccup.

@imperiumcontrols Recipe Selection Vales, Recirc Valves & Zone Valves, Tank Level Sensors, pH/EC/Pressure & Temperature Sensors all wired to the @dilutionsolutions Fertigation Control Panel for a seamless and timely Full Commissioning on this system. There’s a lot more to just plumbing on these projects, and @soilscapesolutions delivers on all aspects.

Big up’s to the 💦🥋Crew, nonstop 12-14 hour days to get this project to the finish line ahead of schedule!!! #TeamIsStrong

Big ups to my man @marc.dosatron for the backend configuration of the DS Controller, with Marc’s remote assistance we got her online and communicating with the main cabinet right away. Appreciate you Marc!!!

@progromichigan this week getting their second facility up and running smoothly. Dosing @generalhydroponics with @dilutionsolutions pumps and Controller. Separate dosing systems, giving the ability to fill multiple batch tanks simultaneously with veg/flower recipes, and direct injecting their veg room. 8 batch tanks able to feed each flower room all at the same time, giving maximum recipe/feed flexibility. These guys are crushing it and looking forward to using the Controller at the new spot. by @marc.dosatron

4 Direct Inject Hi-flow Dosing system setups - for Veg, Flower, Fade, and straight RO water. Utilizing @athena.ag nutrients with balance as the pH buffer.

Smart, great group of individuals who are absolutely crushing it in their process, products, and work. Was a pleasure training the team with @wally.dilutionsolutions on using the system. Excited to see them continue to grow with the new improvement in their facility. Looks great with the led light show! @deep.search @foxmuldergrows @bouchardti @c.remillard by @marc.dosatron
