Unfortunately not qualified for Paris Olympics

Been a difficult second half to qualifying. Body hasn’t quite held up in competition and performances fallen short of where I needed to qualify. Tough break, but that’s sport.

Thanks to everyone supporting me along the way.

Rest, repair and reset 🙏🏼 by @marcusmepstead

Very happy to announce I’m part of the BEAA Athlete’s Advisory Forum (AAF) and have the chance to give athletes across all sports a voice and make positive change for elite athletes in the U.K.

The AAF will review policies and decisions across high-performance sport from an athlete perspective, helping to foster an athlete-centred environment in elite British sport. Hope to represent well! 💪🏼 by @marcusmepstead

Little late to the party, but in case you missed it on Friday, catch up with the @greatbritishmenu Finale Banquet on @bbciplayer , see me and a few @teamgb faces celebrating some amazing chefs!! by @marcusmepstead

It’s Giving Tuesday! 🔝Follow the link in my story to donate 🤲🏼💚

What? Today @earthbornholistic is matching donations. Make double the impact today! 🫰🏼

Who? @treesforthefuture is a nonprofit working with farmers in developing countries to restore land and livelihoods, allowing partners to farm with nature instead of against it 🤝🏼

Why? Create a healthier planet, whether it’s offsetting your own emissions, creating better food systems, tackling regional poverty or managing unsustainable land use. Find your why and plant change! 🫶🏼 by @marcusmepstead
