Journal Full of Dreams but a life full of inaction….whats your distraction???? . We’ve got to audit ourselves to o make sure we are on track. If we aren’t then we will easily fall back into the normal zone of comfort….and we already know what grows there. by @marcusxlowe
In the spirit / season of alignment, when advice comes I’ve got three main criteria in order to internalize it: 1. Does this person have my best interest in mind or does this call to action benefit them more than me? . 2. Does this advice actually apply to what I’m trying to do, or are they projecting / just talking shit? . 3. Are they qualified? Now, not saying you gotta be the Michael Jordan of your area of expertise, but….do you actually have any experience or a track record of success in doing what im trying to do? . Mind you, advice is different from feedback. That’s another topic for another day. Peace & Love…and always #LABWork by @marcusxlowe
What people are saying about The LAB DC 🗣️🧪 “Truly the best all-around fitness program and community in the DMV.” “The programming challenges you in unique ways every class! Highly recommend!” “The Lab DC is hands down one of the best gyms for hybrid training! Every class delivers a well-rounded, holistic workout that perfectly balances focused lifts with high-intensity movements.” “The LAB isn’t one of those “let’s throw random moves in a random order at people and hope they think the workout is good” or “one-size-fits-all” type of classes. The LAB offers top-notch and smart programming.” So the only question you have to ask yourself, is what are you waiting for?
