Yo, Norway — after 10 incredible years, the time has come for me to leave and move back home. It’s hard to put into words how much this country has given me. What started as a new chapter turned into one of the most meaningful periods of my life. I met truly amazing people, found friendships I will carry with me forever, and gained a Norwegian family I will always be grateful for. The experiences and memories I made here will stay with me for the rest of my life.

Norway will always have a special place in my heart. The nature, the moments, the laughter, and all the everyday memories mean more than I can say. I’m deeply thankful for everyone who was part of my journey and made these years so special and unforgettable.

This isn’t a goodbye, just a new beginning. I hope many of you will come visit me in Prague, and I know I’ll be returning to Oslo whenever I can. Tusen takk for everything, Norway ❤️ by @marekvrn

Today I had a chance to test a home gym - full gym packed into one smart machine.
Instead of weight plates, it uses smooth digital resistance that you can change instantly on a screen. You can do almost any exercise—push, pull, squat, hinge—without switching equipment.
370+ individual movements (probably way more)
190+ guided workout plans

Of course, barbell is barbell, but for those who don’t want to go to a gym, quite smart solution. If you don’t mind a price around 36 000 NOK😁
