LAGOS MODEL UNITED NATIONS 2026 @lmun_ng is a simulation of the United Nations, and what started as a moment of curiosity became one of the best experiences of my life. I’m genuinely proud of myself for giving LMUN a shot. I applied as a staff member with no prior experience in LMUN, got in, and had to balance planning with learning and understanding how the LMUN system works. It was a huge risk to take, especially as a graduate who had never been part of the LMUN community before. But the beautiful part of the experience was the people I got to meet, work with, learn from, and create beautiful memories with. Looking back, I’m glad I took that chance. It reminded me that sometimes, the best experiences come from being willing to try something new, even when you’re not entirely sure what to expect. Slide 4, 10 &11: Shout-out to the Socials team! We made the welfare of the entire conference our life’s mission. 😂❤️ Slide 6 & 13: I did LMUN with @lucy_allename Slide 14: it was sooo beautiful seeing @ugothegood I’m glad I had these beautiful moments captured by @m4mega and a special shout out to @the.ese0he for making sure I got pictures during the conference.🥺❤️ It was such a wholesome experience, and I’m glad I was part of LMUN ’26. See you next year, LMUN! Until next time, Maria🖤 taken in University of Lagos by @maria_allename

A Vivaldi Girl Summer🤭 It was such a beautiful time with @thefourseasonsng orchestra while listening to The Four Seasons by Vivaldi. This is a classical piece I love with my heart and I was so happy to listen to my fave pieces live. Giving y’all a snippet of the pieces I love so much. The Four Seasons Spring, Summer and Winter by Vivaldi. Till next time, Maria❤️ by @maria_allename

A few years later, countless laughs, lots of tears, and endless memories later, we’ve finally graduated!🥹🎓✨ From just being normal friends to getting close and even becoming people’s friendship goals. The cram sessions, confusion in class, dinner parties, overnights, gists, wedding dance rehearsals(iykyk😂), heartbreaks and heart-to-heart talks, we’ve shared it all. Through every up and down, we’ve been one another’s rock, and our friendship has only grown stronger. As we step into this new chapter, I’m beyond grateful for the memories we’ve made and the adventures that lie ahead. Here’s to a friendship that lasts a lifetime, to the laughs that never end, and to the bond that’s unbreakable. Congratulations to us🥹🥳. Love you girls to the moon and back!🫶❤️❤️ PS: Last slide is the first picture we ever took together and that was in 2021.😭😹😂 . . . . . #friends #unilag #unilagconvocation #graduates #fkm by @maria_allename

It’s been six long years! This day six years ago, I started my journey as a student of the University of Lagos and I must say, it’s been a long ride. This journey tested me in so many ways and made me discover skills I didn’t even know I had. I made friends, volunteered for various workshops and planned events. Doing all that, I built a brand @themabrand_ while balancing academics. It wasn’t an easy feat but I wouldn’t trade this experience for anything. Despite the delay and the struggles, I’m here to say that the journey of six years has finally come to an end. Re-introducing the latest graduate: Allename, Boluwatife Maria B.A (HONS), English🤭 God didddd! 💄 @devansglam 👗 @aiko.africa 💅 @nailsbyomoh 💇‍♀️ @prettygirlshairstore 📸 @the_portraithunter by @maria_allename
