This morning I woke up 😒

Happens often.

Recently,I have finally accepted that🧘🏻‍♀️

MOVING MY BODY...

🤔 might actually help shift my mental state

This morning my yoga practice began with annoyance (at myself) and ended up with me strongly connecting and stretching the energy of my core, my solar plexus if you will🔥

I created this video to demonstrate what it felt like.

Forever grateful for @drsuemorter and the Morter Institute for beginning to understand what it feels like to be embodied.

It hasn't been all rainbows and butterflies 🦋

There have been tears
There has been emotional processing

BUT

✨️There have also been moments of joy.
