🌸🌷The Sacred Journey Through the Dark Night of the Soul🌷🌸 🌷1. Life breaks open. It rarely begins with a choice. It begins with a loss, an ending, a question you cannot answer, or a pain you cannot outrun. The life you once knew no longer exists nor fits, and the person you’ve always been cannot carry you where your soul is asking you to go. 🌸2. Unconsciously you fight to stay the same. You work harder. You overthink. You fix, perform, control, and chase the familiar. You believe that if you can just do a bits every time more, you can return to who you were. But some doors are never meant to continue in that shape it’s based on 🌷3. Everything that once saved you by survival mode stops working. This is the deepest part of the night. The masks lose their power. The achievements feel empty. The coping mechanisms collapse. It feels like failure, but it is something far more sacred: the unraveling of an identity that has reached the end of its purpose. 🌸4. You surrender. Not because you are weak, but because your soul is stronger than your fear. Surrender is not giving up, it is releasing the identity built to survive. This is where the patterns and coping mechanisms that once protected you begin to break, making space for the person you were always meant to become. 🌷5. You become someone new. You no longer build your life from fear, proving, or survival. You build it from presence, truth, and self-respect. Your boundaries become acts of love. Your peace becomes more valuable than your performance. A regulated nervous system becomes the foundation from which you finally live, instead of merely survive. 🌸6. A new life quietly begins. Not because everything around you has changed, but because everything within you has. You stop chasing a life that looks successful and begin creating one that feels like home. What once broke you in pieces becomes the very ground beneath your feet. And from the ashes of who you had to be.. RISES the person you were always becoming. 🌸This journey was never sent to destroy you.🌸 🌷It came to free you from the version of yourself that was created to survive, so you could finally become the on by @mariamburhan
✨🌻✨A moment of reflection, exactly one year later. ✨🌻✨ My heart is overflowing with gratitude for a journey that began one year ago at Colibri @colibrispirit.festival . I promised I would one day share the plot twist I didn’t see coming of the most transformative year of my life. ✨🌻✨ Sometimes the deepest experiences cannot be captured in words. It took me a full year to find the language, while honoring the sacredness of what was unfolding by keeping it close to my heart. Am humbled by life ✨🌻✨ After a three year calling and one heartfelt prayer, I booked a one way ticket to Corfu/Greece for a solo trip on my own. What was meant to be a one week festival visit unfolded into four magical months at Colibri at the festival ground. Today, I’m deeply grateful and honored to be part of this beautiful team and co-create heaven on earth with the family. ✨🌻✨ Colibri awakened something profound within me. I’m forever grateful to dearest @constantinbisanz & @flying.evi for trusting & following their intuition guidance and co-creating this extraordinary space on such powerful island. For welcoming me warmly in the family and for your trust. To me, Colibri is far more than a festival, a label, or a brand. It is a whole sentence and feeling. A place where my heart expanded, where I remembered my alignment again, joy, community, music, wisdom, and what it truly means to feel alive. Where people all around the world is calling for to come to. ✨🌻✨ At a time when my heart wanted to close itself off from the world, Colibri and its community gently sweetly lovingly kept it open. They reminded me that life isn’t meant to be carried alone. For that, my gratitude has no words. ✨🌻✨ It felt as if I had stepped into a protective spaceship, gently guiding me back into alignment. Through the people I met, my fave artists, the teachers, and the soul family that crossed my path, I experienced life in its most authentic and pure form. Those memories will forever live in my heart. by @mariamburhan
🌷✨PERSONAL BREAKTHROUGH ✨🌷 🌷What ones broke me, made me strong 🌷I don’t know about you, but this past year has been birthing me into completely new frequencies. 🌷It has brought massive realizations about who I am, who I am becoming, and what no longer fits into my future. 🌷My energetic & personal appearance has changed.
🌷My relationships have changed.
🌷My priorities have changed.
🌷And even my direction in life has shifted entirely. 🌷This has been a deeply PERSONAL BREAKTHROUGH , but it required complete honesty with myself first. 🌷Like I can see everything from a 0 ZERO point of truthness no judgement no opinion just the observer. 🌷This period forced me to confront subconscious habits, emotional patterns, comfort zones, and attachment styles that were keeping me tied to the past. That was built by surviving & safety mechanisms. Maybe not intentionally but its there 🌷I’ve come to realize that my own mindset, habits, and coping mechanisms were holding me back. 🌷They were affecting my confidence, my identity, and my sense of direction and decision 🌷At the time, I didn’t really wanted to admit it, but life triggered issues around trust, intimacy, debt, shared resources, and emotional power struggles. thank you for the inspiration, it hits the core @wizardanabelle #Breakthrough #personal #serenity 🌷continues in comments… by @mariamburhan
🎉🌸🩷39🩷🌸🎉 🩷 Wauw… what a year to honour.🩷
A year that stripped me 360° not to break me, but to return me to myself.
A year I could have never imagined… one that transformed my entire landscape. 🩷But the moment I softened, life rearranged everything with the force of a spiritual rebirth almost a quiet death of who I once was. 🩷Layer by layer, everything that no longer aligned fell away.
Friends. Partner. Home.
I packed my 30kg bag and yoga mat, placed the rest in storage, and stepped away from the life I had built so carefully.
🩷 Not because I wanted to but because life aligned in ways I couldn’t ignore anymore.
A reset. A rebuild. A redirection. It was heartbreaking an scary
To lose a dream I worked 5 years for in a blink.
🩷 To grieve the life I imagined, face my shadows ‘loosing what I love the most’, and walk through fear with an empty heart and trembling hands.
But still… I stood. Yes again but this time was different.
And that became my strength my bravery.
Because I knew the intention behind it all was pure, and this path was guiding me somewhere I couldn’t yet see.It didn’t felt not one moment as failure at all, because I know the intention I gave my all with a good heart. That’s why the pain was so deep. 🩷Then came the PLOT TWIST.
A whisper led me to Colibri Festival in Corfu a calling years in the making. A gift I gave myself to travel on my own to a festival
🩷 And there, everything changed.
I found my soul family, grateful for each one of you. Love you so much, thank you for standing by my side and streached my heart wide open when it wanted to close.
I co-created magic I once dreamed of.
A one-week trip became three months of protection, RETREAT, alignment, and deep remembrance full of somatic work.
🩷It was a healing spaceship an initiation into a version of myself waiting beneath all the noise. I came home to myself.
To my wisdom.
To a strength I didn’t know I owned .
To a path unfolding with clarity, softness, and power. 🩷Continues caption .. by @mariamburhan
🌸🌷🌸The Power of Healing & Vulnerability🌸🌷🌸 🌸🌷🌸 The other day, out of nowhere, I found myself caught in a deep old past cycle (pattern) of self-sabotage. It was as if an old part of me resurfaced, trying to drag me down with patterns of anxiety, self-doubt, and harsh self-criticism. (Hi March you where so full of teaching transformation rebirths, how about you loves?) 🌸🌷🌸 And the crazy thing? On the outside, I was radiating love, joy, and positivity surrounded by the most beautiful souls, living my dreams, and feeling incredibly grateful for life. Yet, in that moment, my mind tried to convince me I wasn’t enough. It whispered old fears, replayed past wounds, and wrapped me in a storm of overthinking. I felt unworthy, like I was failing myself, and the weight of it followed me all day. 🌸🌷🌸 I’ve realized these feelings often show up when I’m overwhelmed, overstimulated, or disconnected from my own alignment energy. It’s a trauma response and unhealthy cooping mechanism. But here’s where the healing happens: I see it now. I recognize it for what it is. Instead of drowning in shame or hiding it (like I used to), I speak about it. I tell the people around me, “Hey, today this feeling is taking over.” And instead of judgment, I receive love reminders of my worth, of who I truly am beyond these passing emotions. Love language of my loved ones as a re-assurance to remind me my light when I caint see it. (I know I have been growing so much the past 6months I went a deep dive and feeling stronger then ever) 🌸🌷🌸 The mind can be tricky, but I’ve learned this truth: these moments do not define me. Not a bits. They will pass. Tomorrow will be lighter. And I can simply let these feelings move through me, without letting them consume me. I Sit with it and let them feel seen and I release. 🌸🌷🌸 Yes, sometimes I still get frustrated like, why are you here again? But now, instead of letting these emotions defeat me, I talk back: You won’t take me down this time. Because healing isn’t about never feeling this way again it’s about experiencing it, acknowledging it, and choosing to move through it with love and self-compassion. // continue in COMMENTS 🌷 by @mariamburhan

//\\//\\ AYURVEDIC DOSHAS 🌿🌸🌿When I reconnected deeper with my roots with Ayurveda almost a decade ago, I was amazed by its profound benefits and wondered why we were never taught by our system to care for ourselves this way. ✨💜✨ WINTER SEASON HIBERNATION ✨💜✨ Just before a new level of awareness unfolds, old fears may resurface. ✨💜✨ This isn’t a setback It’s the Source gently reminding you that those fears no longer hold the power they once did. They are here to be acknowledged, faced, and transcended to the light. ✨💜✨ True transformation happens when we meet these fears with trust and courage, in the very moment they arise. ✨💜✨ The Source, calls on you to trust yourself unconditionally, to remember who you truly are, and to surrender fully to the process. ✨💜✨ Trust is a cornerstone of awakening. It’s what anchors us as we integrate each season of growth, making space for love, care, and compassion to flow. ✨💜✨ Right now, I am in a sacred space of reflection and integration honoring all that has been, all that is, and all that is yet to unfold. These in between moments feel deeply personal to me, not something I often share publicly. But I’ve come to learn the power of sharing within safe and loving spaces. ✨💜✨ We are never meant to walk this path alone. For so long, I believed I had to process everything in solitude, not wanting to burden anyone. But I’ve discovered the beauty of togetherness. In community, the weight we carry becomes lighter. ✨💜✨ Our ancestors lived in unity, sharing the burdens and joys of life. It’s a wisdom we are called to rediscover moving beyond the illusion of individualism and into the grace of collective support. ✨💜✨It’s time we transcend out of our toxic independent society. That we don’t feel resonated anymore. ✨💜✨ As a Manifesting Generator, I’ve learned that my emotions are powerful guides. They illuminate my path forward, supporting me align with my true purpose. ✨💜✨ This is what // SERENITY // stands for a space to share tools, offer support, and remind each other of the strength found in love, care, and trust. ✨💜✨ Thank you for being here. I see your beauty, and I honor your journey. ✨💜✨ Sending you my warmest light, love, and care always in trust. #AwakeningJourney #HealingTogether #VulnerabilityIsStrength #TrustTheProcess #EmotionalHealing #SacredReflections #CollectiveHealing #InspiredHeart #Serenity by @mariamburhan
✨💖✨ LIGHTNESS✨💖✨ ✨💖✨ Every individual is born with a unique, innate light. In the early stages of life beyond being humans, this light often lies dormant, awaiting awareness to ignite it. Once we recognize and honor it, our light begins to shine. ✨💖✨ Sometimes, we’re drawn to the light in others, unaware of the brilliance that exists within ourselves. The purpose of another’s light isn’t to overshadow but to serve as a reminder of the radiance that resides within each of us. ✨💖✨ This year taught me a powerful lesson: my light, while it inspires many, can also trigger unexpected reactions. At times, I’ve struggled to understand this, especially when it came from unexpected places. This in times dimmed my light, that I so freely give away. But through it all, I’ve chosen to keep my heart open to embrace trust and give fully, even when the world challenged me to do otherwise. I learned throughout to not take anything personally, mostly it’s an outer projection it has nothing actually to do with me. That healed parts of me deeply. And set me free of suffering that I was rejected with my light. ✨💖✨ Your light can awaken at any moment, as soon as you recognize your self-worth, beauty, and magnificence. Don’t be discouraged by the light of others it’s a mirror, reminding you of your own. Embrace it and let it inspire the light within you. Don’t discourage them neither, some who did try me. Let them be free in their chosen light. ✨💖✨ In the area where Light & Shadow can co existing together. True power lies in the harmony of both light and shadow. When we accept and make peace with both, without trying to change or reject either, or even have opinions or judgments, we discover serenity. This inner peace is the foundation of the outer peace we seek to see in the world. Change begins within. ✨💖✨ This is what // SERENITY // stands for to offer tools, guidance, and unwavering support. ✨💖✨ Thank you. I love you. You are beautiful. ✨💖✨ Sending you my warm light, love, care, and trust always. #InnerLight #PersonalGrowth #BalanceWithin #LightAndShadowCanCoExist #CollectiveHealing #InspirationDaily #MotivationalQuotes #SERENITY by @mariamburhan
