It’s time for a little introduction! This year has been so expansive, with so many shifts in my life, so I thought it’d be a good time to say hi and share a bit more about me. 🌟

As a Manifesting Generator, I’m naturally multi-passionate and always juggling new projects or diving into something completely different from the last thing. I know—it’s hard to keep up! So in this post, I’m giving you a glimpse into it all. Of course, there’s probably more I forgot to mention, but hey, it’s a start!

Hi! I’m Mariana Lourenço—a chaotic creative, fun-loving yoga teacher (mostly working on retreats), content creator, and part-time social media manager for a select few amazing clients.

I’m Brazilian, based in Portugal, though I’m rarely at home—usually off exploring the world while collaborating with retreats in beautiful places. ✈️

Yoga lights me up, but I also love hosting women’s circles, launching magazines, and occasionally pulling off projects I never saw coming. Life is full of limitless possibilities, and I’ve never been able to settle for just one thing!

I’m here to support people on their self-discovery journey so they can do all the things they love, express themselves fully, and find the unique ways they’re meant to fulfill their purpose.

Thanks for being here—you make this journey even more special. Let’s create, connect, and keep expanding together. 💖✨🤸🏽‍♀️🌟

So excited to be bringing Breathwork sessions to Cozy this spring 🌟

Breathwork has been one of the most powerful tools in my own journey. Every time I return to the breath, I return to myself a little more too.

Through conscious connected breathing, we create space to regulate the nervous system, release stored emotions, soften what’s been held in the body, and reconnect with deeper layers of clarity and presence.

These gentle but intentional sessions can be activating, emotional, grounding, expansive, different for everyone, and that’s the beauty of it.

We close each practice with integration, allowing the body and mind to fully absorb the experience in a safe and supported way. The journey lasts 1h15min and it’s an introduction to this powerful technique.

Whether it’s your first time trying breathwork or you already have a practice, you are so welcome here 🤍

This class is taught in English with the possibility of Portuguese translations.

Come breathe with us ✨ Fridays 6pm at @cozy.yoga.porto

When I watch these moments from the last Sacred Expression Retreat my whole body remembers how powerful the retreat was! It touched me deeply to witness incredible breakthroughs and women choosing themselves, expressing and creating together. ✨

These incredible visual memories captured by @isauura and the beautiful transmission from one of our retreat rituals brings back profound moments, where each woman reclaimed something sacred within.

And the thing is… the transformation didn’t end there. It kept unfolding long after we left the Shanti Space.

We saw our participants being more confident, more creative, having more clarity in their path, and, of course, enjoying more self-love. Their radience was sparkling even more after the retreat.

That’s why we’re doing it again.
Because the world needs more women who are rooted in their truth, their intuition, their creativity, and their embodied power.

Sometimes all you desire is a regulated nervous system by @marianaloub

Here are my favourite self-regulation tools. As life keeps presenting its challenges, I notice how important these practices have been in my journey of existing and being human in 2026 😅

These are 5-minute practices that can really help you get back to your center when you are feeling overwhelmed.

Try them out and let me know in the comments what your favourite is! 💖👑 by @marianaloub

Although it’s still 33 degrees outside and it doesn’t seem like this hot weather is leaving Portugal anytime soon, I’m taking this moment to reflect on the official end of European Summer.

As we get to the autumn equinox, it’s time to celebrate the natural cycles of life and the impermanence of all things. Celebrating the beautiful connections and unexpected experiences this summer brought up.

Since moving to Portugal, this was my first summer not entirely spent in this hemisphere, and as the leaves start falling, I can feel a bit of sadness building up, as this might be my first full winter here, and I’m not sure how ready I am for that.

Still, after living a life of summers for so many years, it might be time to fully cocoon and see what is gonna flourish on the other side. Somehow this week is giving end-of-a-cycle feelings, even though nothing seems to be changing much quite yet.

But there will be one more special ritual to close this season and welcome the next… Can you guess what it is? by @marianaloub

Life continues to be weird indeed, so I must embrace its weirdness with an open heart. 💖
Yes, I was gonna dance but the food + cupboard organization part was not in the plans, im constantly surprised by life at all times even in my content creation! 🌟 by @marianaloub

Ah, such a good reminder that we are love, with or without lovers. Truly connecting with someone is wonderful, but fun and play are there because we hold those qualities within us. We see beauty, we feel pleasure, we enjoy blissful moments because that’s our human nature.
Everything you seek is already within you. 💖

Sometimes you have to fall to learn how to lift yourself up… by @marianaloub

Sometimes you just need to start your day laughing. 😂

That’s right, this was one of our homework assignments during the Tantra Teacher Training in Bali.

It’s called the Laughing Meditation, and the practice is very simple: before you jump out of bed in the morning, you laugh for three minutes.

And yes, we actually did this while sharing a room in Bali.

Let me tell you, it actually works. The energy of my morning shifted immediately after it.

There is something about starting your day with three minutes of completely intentional, ridiculous laughter that really makes your day better afterwards.

It’s pretty hard to start the day in a terrible mood after laughing your face off for no reason.

So tomorrow morning, before checking your phone, answering messages or jumping straight into your to-do list… try laughing instead.

Really, just laugh!

And if you feel ridiculous doing it, even better, keep laughing through it 😂

Grateful for my amazing roommate @valevera86 for providing the best laughts during the training. 💖 by @marianaloub

You know what is the best part about travelling to a completely different country to do spiritual or personal development work?
You come back home with friends from all over the world.

You usually arrive at these retreats and trainings knowing almost nobody, and leave with people in your heart who witnessed parts of you that most people never get to see.

And sometimes, you even get a soul sister who deeply understands you and feels like a bestie straight away.

Now, I have to add New Zeland to my list of places to travel, so I can visit this gorgeous women on the video 💖 @valevera86

The world keeps getting smaller as my heart gets bigger.
