As a Visionary, I am a seer of all aspects of the non - physical realms including Energies, Spirits, Portals, Entities, Displacements and departed loved ones. Many clients find that even this initial conversation brings relief, clarity and comfort. When you book a session with me, either in - person or remotely, each session is approached with care, discretion, and respect for the individual. Rather than following rigid techniques or formulas. If you feel curious or have any questions, don't hesitate to contact me, you can also book a 10 minute private consultation where I can answer all of your questions and support the start of this new life journey. This short conversation allows us to briefly explore what you are experiencing and determine whether a one-to-one session may be supportive for you. It is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and sense whether this work feels right for your needs. If you feel ready to explore the next step, you are warmly invited to schedule your consultation via the link above 👆🏻 #psychicmediums #psychicpractice #energyclearance #clairsentient by @mariathevisionary

✨ SOUL CONTRACTS | BREAKING THE CYCLES THAT NO LONGER SERVE YOU ✨ Have you ever wondered why certain people, relationships, places or circumstances keep appearing in your life? Why do you repeat the same emotional patterns, even when you consciously wish to move forward? From a spiritual perspective, these experiences may be connected to Soul Contracts — energetic agreements believed to be formed through ancestral lineages, past lives or profound connections in this lifetime. These bonds may involve people, animals, places, objects and experiences that have touched our souls. Some bring beautiful lessons of love and growth. Others may leave us trapped in cycles of fear, pain, guilt or attachment. But what if you no longer needed to carry these patterns? What if you could honour the lessons without repeating them? 🌿 Dissolving Soul Contracts is a spiritual healing practice to explore and release energetic attachments and patterns that no longer align with who you are becoming. Not from anger, resentment or rejection, but from unconditional love, forgiveness and compassion. Compassion for yourself. Compassion for others. Compassion for those who came before you. Healing is not about denying your past. It is about choosing how you wish to live your present. ✨ A life of authenticity. ✨ A life of emotional freedom. ✨ A life guided by love rather than fear. ✨ A life where you honour your own truth. You deserve to become the fullest expression of yourself, without feeling bound by the stories of yesterday. 💫 Are you ready to explore what your soul may be ready to release? I offer private Dissolving Soul Contracts sessions, online worldwide. 🌍 English & Español 🔮 Maria The Visionary 🌐 mariathevisionary.com 💌 DM SOUL to enquire about a session. 🌿✨ GROUNDING — RETURN TO YOUR ROOTS ✨🌿 When was the last time you truly connected with the Earth beneath your feet? In a world that constantly asks us to move faster, achieve more and think endlessly, we sometimes forget the importance of simply being. 🌳 Nature invites us to slow down. To breathe. To release the weight we have been carrying. To reconnect with our bodies, our hearts and our inner wisdom. Grounding is a beautiful practice of returning to the present moment. Whether you walk barefoot on safe natural ground, sit beneath a tree or simply breathe consciously in nature, you create an opportunity to feel more centred and connected. 💜 In spiritual practice, we often imagine roots of light extending from our feet deep into Mother Earth, reminding us that we are supported, connected and never separate from nature. ✨ Imagine golden roots growing beneath your feet. ✨ Breathe in peace and stillness. ✨ Exhale tension, fear and emotional heaviness. ✨ Allow yourself to feel present, safe and supported. You do not have to carry everything at once. Sometimes the most meaningful healing begins with a moment of stillness. 🌸 Your roots are your reminder: you can grow, transform and reach for the light while remaining grounded in who you are. 💬 Tell me in the comments: When do you feel most connected to Mother Earth? 💗 Save this reel for your next grounding practice and share it with someone who needs a moment of peace. ✨ 6 Sacred Declarations to Awaken Your Higher Self ✨ What if your Higher Self is not waiting for you to ask another question, but waiting for you to finally trust the wisdom already within you? 🦋 We spend so much of our lives seeking signs, reassurance and guidance from the universe, forgetting that our own inner voice carries wisdom too. Your spiritual evolution begins when you choose to honour yourself, release what no longer resonates with your soul and step into the person you are becoming. 🌸 Give yourself permission to evolve. 💜 Stop abandoning yourself to please others. 🧡 Release the familiar when it no longer supports your growth. 💛 Trust yourself enough to take the first step. 🩵 Honour your commitments to yourself. 🌷 Remember that you do not need anyone’s permission to become who you truly are. Your Higher Self is not asking you to be perfect. It is inviting you to become more conscious, more authentic and more aligned with your truth. ✨ Your transformation begins with the choices you make today. Which of these six declarations speaks most deeply to your soul right now? 💬 Share its number in the comments. 💗 Save this carousel and return to these declarations whenever you need to reconnect with yourself. ✨ If you feel called to explore your spiritual journey through intuitive guidance and energy healing, I welcome you to connect with me. ✨ THE STEP MOST PEOPLE SKIP IN HEALING ✨ Have you ever tried to meditate, think positively or push away an uncomfortable emotion, only to find it returning? Sometimes, healing isn’t about escaping what we feel. It’s about allowing ourselves to experience it. 🌿 Are you processing your emotions or bypassing them? Here are 4 gentle steps: 💫 1. NAME IT Is it sadness, fear, anger, shame or disappointment? Acknowledge what you’re feeling without judgement. 💫 2. FEEL IT Where does the emotion appear in your body? Your chest, stomach, throat or shoulders? Breathe gently and observe. 💫 3. DON’T RUSH TO FIX IT Give yourself permission to pause. Not every uncomfortable feeling needs an immediate solution. 💫 4. LISTEN TO WHAT YOU NEED Perhaps it’s rest, forgiveness, a boundary, a conversation or simply allowing yourself to cry. ❤️ Sometimes, our emotional responses connect to experiences we’ve carried for years. Healing begins with awareness, compassion and understanding. ✨ What emotion have you found the hardest to sit with? Share your experience below. ❤️✨ IF YOU COULD BRING SOMEONE BACK FOR JUST ONE DAY… Who would you choose, and why? A parent, grandparent, partner, sibling, friend or someone whose absence still lives quietly in your heart? 💫 What would you say to them? 💫 What would you ask them? 💫 Where would you take them? 💫 What would you do together? 💫 What do you miss the most? Perhaps it’s a conversation you never had, a hug you wish had lasted longer, an apology, or simply one more opportunity to say, “I love you.” Sometimes, we don’t realise how precious ordinary moments are until they become memories. ❤️ So tell the people you love how much they mean to you. Hug them. Listen to their stories. Forgive when you can. Make time for them. Don’t wait until tomorrow to say the words your heart wants to speak today. ✨ Love is precious. Time is never guaranteed. 💬 If you feel comfortable sharing, who would you bring back for one day, and what would you say? 🌬️✨ WHAT IF THE WIND ISN’T AGAINST YOU, BUT GUIDING YOU? Sometimes in life, we spend so much energy fighting against the wind, resisting change and trying to control the direction of our journey. We push harder. We struggle. We exhaust ourselves trying to make things happen the way we believe they should. But what if we stopped fighting? What if, instead of walking against the wind, we allowed ourselves to move with it? 🍃 To feel its strength. 🍃 To surrender to its movement. 🍃 To trust the direction it takes us. Sometimes, the elements of life are not obstacles to overcome but invitations to discover something different. The wind may take us somewhere we never planned to go, introduce us to experiences we never imagined or reveal a path we would never have chosen for ourselves. And perhaps that unexpected path holds something beautiful. ✨ Going with the flow doesn’t mean giving up. It means knowing when to stop resisting and start trusting. We don’t always have to control the journey. Sometimes, we simply need to allow life to unfold, remain open to possibilities and discover where the wind takes us. Because not every change in direction means we’re lost. Sometimes, we’re being shown another way. 💫 Have you ever stopped resisting something in your life and discovered that the unexpected direction was exactly what you needed? I’d love to hear your experience in the comments. 💛 With love and light, ✨ Maria the Visionary ✨ Spiritual Guidance | Intuitive Readings | Energy Healing 💌 DM “CHAT” for a complimentary initial consultation. 🌐 Mariathevisionary.com #MariaTheVisionary #GoWithTheFlow #TrustTheJourney #SpiritualGrowth #SurrenderToLife DivineTiming LetGoOfControl SpiritualAwakening TrustTheUniverse MindfulLiving InnerPeace SpiritualGuidance PersonalTransformation HealingJourney EmbraceChange by @mariathevisionary
✨ NOT EVERYONE IS MEANT TO WALK WITH YOU FOREVER. ✨ As we grow, heal and evolve, our circle of friends often changes. We stop chasing connections, forcing friendships and seeking acceptance where we don’t truly belong. 🌙 We begin choosing peace over popularity, authenticity over appearances and meaningful connections over numbers. Sometimes, losing people isn’t a loss. It’s making space for relationships that truly nourish our souls. 🤍 A smaller circle doesn’t mean a smaller life. It can mean deeper love, genuine friendships and greater inner peace. 💫 Have you noticed your friendship circle changing over the years? ✨ Do you believe spiritual growth changes the people we attract? 👇 Share your experience in the comments! 💌 DM “CHAT” for a complimentary consultation. ✨ A reminder your soul may need today… ✨ “People give you what they are, not what you deserve. What you deserve, you give to yourself.” 🖤 Sometimes, the way people treat us has nothing to do with our worth and everything to do with where they are in their own journey. Not everyone can offer you the love, kindness, understanding or respect that you so freely give to others. And that’s okay. 💫 You cannot control what others give you, but you can choose what you give yourself. 🤍 Give yourself the love you’ve been waiting for. 🤍 Give yourself the compassion you offer everyone else. 🤍 Give yourself permission to walk away from what no longer honours your peace. 🤍 Give yourself the freedom to heal, grow and become who you truly are. Remember: Your worth is not determined by how others treat you. Sometimes, the deepest healing begins when you stop seeking validation outside yourself and start recognising the light within. ✨ 🌙 A question for you: Have you ever realised that someone’s behaviour towards you was a reflection of them, rather than your worth? I’d love to hear your thoughts in the comments. 💬 💌 If you’re navigating an emotional or spiritual transition and would like guidance, I’m here to support you.
