🔥 STRONG BODY. STRONG MIND. STRONG FINANCES. 💪🏾💰

Most people focus on getting physically fit… but what about getting financially fit too?

In my day job, I’m the Business Owner of NZHL Northwest Auckland, a qualified Financial Adviser in Residential Lending and Life Insurance.

🇹🇴 As a proud Tongan woman, my WHY is to help our Pasefika and Māori communities build wealth, protect their families, and become financially free.

Because being fit and healthy isn’t just about what happens in the gym. It’s also about having the financial freedom to live life on YOUR terms.

💪🏾 PHYSICALLY FIT. FINANCIALLY FIT. THAT’S THE LIFESTYLE.

Two go hand in hand. One mission. A better future for our people. ❤️🇹🇴

Chest & Triceps day with the girls! Nothing like getting stronger, one rep at a time. 💥

🇹🇴🇹🇴 Tongan strength, hard work & NO EXCUSES!

🔥 YOUR WORKOUT ISN’T OVER UNTIL YOU RECOVER! 💪♨️

Back & Biceps today! 💥 And honestly, we’re @mingthesting loving this new program block from @mateo_vaihu_ifbbpro .

I used to HATE assisted pull-ups… now I’m getting stronger every week! 💪 Soon it’ll be no assistance, no excuses! 🤣🤣

Then came the finisher… 🥵🔥

Usually, I jump in the sauna after training, but today I switched it up with a soak in the swim spa and those jets! 🧖‍♀️💦

Not gonna lie… this might just become my new post-workout ritual heading into summer! ☀️😎

Train hard. Recover well. Come back stronger. 💯

Who else loves a little recovery session after smashing a workout? 👇

🔥 SUMMER IS COMING… NO TIME TO WASTE! ☀️💪🏽

Tuesday’s damage? CHEST & TRICEPS with a little finisher to seal the deal! 🥵🔥

The weather’s warming up, summer’s creeping closer, and we’re still showing up! No mucking around, no wasting time — get in, lift heavy, get that finisher done, and GET OUTTA THERE! 😂💪🏽

We’re not chasing quick fixes. We’re building strength, muscle and longevity. 50+ and still putting in the work! 🔥

Less talking. More lifting. Summer loading… ⏳☀️

LONG-TERM RESULTS. NOT QUICK FIXES. 🔥💪🏾

We’re not here for a quick fix transformation.
We’re here for strength, endurance, longevity and a body that keeps showing up for life.

Great home life. Great work life. And training that complements it all — not takes over it.

Just a couple of island girls 🇹🇴🇼🇸 changing the conversation around midlife training.

We’re lifting heavy.
We’re getting stronger.
We’re having a laugh.
And we’re building for the long game. ❤️‍🔥

Midlife isn’t the beginning of slowing down.
It’s the beginning of getting stronger.

🔥 MONTH TWO. NEW PROGRAM.
SAME ENERGY. 🔥

Shoulders. Abs. 💪🏾 And a little leftover LEG DAY punishment from yesterday’s heavy set! 😮‍💨😂

We’re loving this tough training — getting stronger, staying focused and chasing progressive overload.

Not training just to move.
Training to get STRONGER. 🔥

Doing it with the sisters @mingthesting & @rasmussensusie ❤️

Strong bodies. Strong minds. Strong Pasefika women. 🇹🇴🇼🇸💪🏾

🔥 HUMP DAY… BUT MAKE IT STRONG. 💪🏾

Wednesday = Chest & Triceps and the ladies understood the assignment! 😮‍💨🔥

Training with the gorgeous joelyfesolai and @mingthesting — strong Pasefika women building strength, power & speed while having an absolute laugh doing it! 😂❤️

Because training doesn’t always have to be serious…
Lift heavy. Laugh harder. Get stronger. 💪🏾

This is what I love about training with my girls — good vibes, hard work and a whole lot of laughs. 🇹🇴🇼🇸

Ofa Atu xx ❤️
