Once a dancer, always a dancer 💃🏻

It is not about victories, it is about how it makes you feel… and that’s why this year I am putting out videos of my dancing not being afraid of any judgment, because I loved the feeling when I was there… and that’s what matters to me 🖤🤍

Happy International Dance Day, dance comunity!

Let’s start with my power dance - PASODOBLE ❤️‍🔥

Shit happens 🫣

And it hits a lot harder when it comes from inside of you - there will be time when I will feel comfortable enough to talk about it, but there is one important insight from this shit👇🏼

I have never been more proud of my decisions about what people surround me, because they have pushed me not only to my limits but also have taken care of me and my health 💪🏼

We have worked together with @purestrengthlv for already 2 years and he is the one you trust your physical body to 💯 mentor, who will kick you in the right direction even if you don’t want to do it

Stay safe and become stronger 🏋🏻‍♀️

Italy pt.2 🌋

Morning starts with fresh coffee, train takes you to Pompeii, in the heat you climb Vesuvius, spontaneously decide to take another train to Sorrento, fell in love with Sorrento and coming home you are greeted by little fella 🦎

August’26 💟

Probably my favourite month of this summer, even though workload was gigantic…

P.S. This shirt is dope 🔥 @arstarulsmirus

Oh, that magic from evening shifts when no one’s around and darkness settles over the city 🌃

One year of resilience 💪🏼

It is weird to say that (many people know why), but I am proud of myself, because this is me year after I was diagnosed with arthritis - from couldn’t walk to climbing a volcano, from “how to be” to “I can do this”

There is long way ahead of me to be where I want to be, but most importantly I understand that I can do everything even at this situation in my life

Looking for my spark again and wanting it all - cheers to me✨

P.S. Hugs and big love to those who were by my side in my comeback ♥️

RIGA OPEN 2026 💙

Already for a third year this project is something more than social media work for me - it is community, people and of course growth of sport professionally. Absolutely @ufogolf team made it one to remember 🧡 But one thing made this year even more special for me…

Well, Riga Open 2025 was loud, great and absolutely the best event in Latvian disc golf last year, but it came with some difficulties for me - huge pain 24/7, very little ability to walk, maximum inflammation and not knowing what is going on with me, yet managed to do everything with passion and smile on my face creating memories for players, team and everyone involved

Yes, there were little bits here and there that made me be careful knowing a price of every decision I make (and fever caught me right before as well 🥵), but I could never imagine that the hardest year of my life would end up one I am proud of and could talk about it so loudly… about that little bit later, hi hi :)

Work for this project never stops, so Riga Open 2027 here we come 🤘🏼

You call it getaway, we call it RETRĪTS 🌸

Time when you can be who you want to be, do what you want to do and feel free - from tasty meals, hugs with animals and sun-kissed bodies to handmade gifts, some craziness and of course friendship

Take your time and invest in good people around you ♥️
