Mariko Koh 📆16. - 18.10 | 10:00 - 13:30 / *16.10 | 16:30-18:00 📍Sozo Visions in Motion - Grüner Weg 15-17 34117 Kassel 🔹Countertechnique The Countertechnique® class is a contemporary dance technique class. It stretches, coordinates and strengthens the body, making the dancer sweat, build stamina and really move. The class starts with a recurring set of exercises, allowing dancers to investigate the Countertechnique® principles in detail. The second half of the class consists of changing components, working towards luscious movement combinations or jumping at the end. The Countertechnique® class results in dancers using less energy, losing their fear of taking risks and gaining speed in changing direction. • Are you coming to Profitraining in Kassel for the first time? Then write an email to profitraining@tanzwerk-kassel.de to discuss further details. We kindly ask you to purchase the tickets on our website before the training begins. ▫More about the artist: @marikokoh_ ▫Foto-Credits: Kim Doeleman #zeitgenössischertanz #tanz #contemporarydance #sozovisionsinmotion #kassel #tanztraining #profitraining #kunstinkassel #performance #performingarts taken in SOZO visions in motion by @marikokoh_
