When the sun went down, we lit the candles.

Saturday night we sat in a circle out in the open, with the moon overhead and a small flame in front of each of us. There was no phone and no plan, only quiet.

It was the moment most of us talked about on the drive home.

Day one by the Acheron. 🌿

Good people. Open spaces. Slow breaths.
A beautiful place to arrive, connect and simply be.

At Atman Eco Lodge, we found our rhythm — among the orange trees, under the open sky, around a table full of stories, laughter and sharing.

Then we followed the river.

Feet in the cold water.
Walking through the Acheron.
Stone beneath our feet, trees above our heads, the sound of the river leading the way.

For a few hours, there was nowhere else to be.

Just us. The river. The mountains.
And that feeling of being exactly where we belong.

This is why we go.

Σε λίγες μέρες θα βρεθούμε ξανά εκεί όπου το νερό συναντά το δάσος.

Στον Αχέροντα. 💧🌿

Τρεις μέρες για να αφήσουμε πίσω τον θόρυβο, να κινηθούμε, να αναπνεύσουμε, να γελάσουμε, να βουτήξουμε στο ποτάμι και να ξαναβρούμε λίγο τον εαυτό μας.

There is something about the water of Acheron.

It rises from deep within the earth, cold and clear, carrying with it a quiet, ancient energy. You step into its waters and, for a moment, everything slows down.

This is where our journey begins.

At the end of September, together with @marinavasioti , we return to the springs of Acheron for a retreat dedicated to renewal, connection and coming back to ourselves. Based on @atmanecolodge

A few days surrounded by water, forest and mountains — allowing nature to do what it has always known how to do: restore, reconnect and remind us to breathe.

A journey back to ourselves 🌿

Υπάρχουν κάποια ταξίδια που δεν τα κάνεις απλώς για να πας κάπου.
Τα κάνεις για να επιστρέψεις λίγο πιο κοντά στον εαυτό σου.

Αυτό το ταξίδι στον Αχέροντα το σχεδιάσαμε μαζί με τη @marinavasioti , με μια κοινή επιθυμία: να δημιουργήσουμε μια ξεχωριστή εμπειρία σύνδεσης, γείωσης και επιστροφής στη φύση.

Στο μοναδικό @atmanecolodge , ανάμεσα στο δάσος, τα βουνά και τα νερά του Αχέροντα, θα αφήσουμε για λίγο πίσω τον θόρυβο της καθημερινότητας και θα ακολουθήσουμε τον ρυθμό της φύσης.

Η μοναδική ενέργεια και καθοδήγηση της @marinavasioti , η δύναμη του νερού και η άγρια ομορφιά αυτού του τόπου συναντιούνται για ένα retreat που ανυπομονούμε πραγματικά να ζήσουμε μαζί σας.

Ένα ταξίδι προς τα μέσα.
Με οδηγό τη φύση.
Με συνοδοιπόρο το νερό.
Με χώρο για να σταθούμε, να αναπνεύσουμε και να γειωθούμε.

Σε έναν τόπο που δεν ζητά τίποτα από εσένα.
Μόνο να τον ακολουθήσεις και να τον αφουγκραστείς.

Ο Αχέροντας κυλά εδώ και αιώνες, χαράζοντας το δικό του μονοπάτι ανάμεσα στα βουνά, μεταφέροντας μια ηρεμία που δύσκολα περιγράφεται με λέξεις. Αρκεί να σταθείς για λίγο στις όχθες του και θα καταλάβεις γιατί τόσοι άνθρωποι επιστρέφουν ξανά και ξανά.

Στα τέλη Σεπτεμβρίου, αυτός ο τόπος θα γίνει το σπίτι μας.

Στο @atmanecolodge , εκεί όπου η φύση, η αρχιτεκτονική και η φιλοξενία γίνονται ένα, θα μοιραστούμε ένα τριήμερο γεμάτο κίνηση, εξερεύνηση, σύνδεση και ουσιαστική ξεκούραση, μαζί με την @marinavasioti

Δεν ερχόμαστε απλώς για να ξεφύγουμε από την καθημερινότητα.
Ερχόμαστε για να θυμηθούμε πώς είναι να ζεις με πιο αργό ρυθμό. Να ακούς το νερό αντί για τον θόρυβο. Να κοιτάς τα δέντρα αντί για τις οθόνες. Να ακούς εσένα και να επιστρέψεις λίγο πιο γεμάτος απ’ όσο ήρθες.

Λίγες θέσεις έχουν απομείνει. Σεπτέμβριος 18-20!

Αυτή την εβδομάδα, η ενέργεια στη σάλα μας αλλάζει για λίγο χέρια, αλλά παραμένει γεμάτη φως και φροντίδα! ✨
Με χαρά υποδεχόμαστε τη Μαρίνα, η οποία θα αναλάβει τα μαθήματά μας για τις επόμενες ημέρες. Η Μαρίνα φέρνει τη δική της όμορφη προσέγγιση στην πρακτική μας και ανυπομονούμε να μοιραστείτε μαζί της αυτή την εμπειρία στο mat. 🙏🧘‍♂️
