Yorton Cup, World Championship. 9.19

An honor of a lifetime!! 🏆 To share this stage with so many amazing women… such a highlight!

In 2022 when I decided to compete, I never thought it’d lead me to this stage. The biggest in natural bodybuilding with the best in the world.

Thank you to everyone who helped me get here- coaches, MaxFit & AmFam, my family, friends. This season was special & the fact it ended with this show and the perspective shift it brought me. Priceless!!

I made so many amazing friends this year & this show brought us all to the same place! I learned so much from each of them & from each show. I truly feel like the luckiest girl to be surrounded by them. 🫶🏼

Time to go enjoy life beyond a food scale for a bit & work on building these delts (my love language 🤭🤭)

Chills!!!!! Are you kidding me?!???

All my people were here! Alex, my mom, my best friends & my MaxFit crew! Thank you to my village!

Prepare to be sick of this pic

Thanks coach (@dr_frankenstein25 ) for this sick tracksuit!!! So spoiled.

Proud!!!

Final posing session with @the_tinajohnson. My lifeline through every prep/show!

My girl!!!! It feels like just yesterday I was asking her at the AmFam welcome desk what she thought about me competing… we have come so far. Blessed to do this next to my figure champ!!! Wouldn’t be here without her- whether as a coach, a friend or a teammate. This woman radiates!!!

All while giggling & smiling our way here!

Honored to be here & step on this stage. So many amazing memories & friends made! taken in Charlotte, North Carolina by @marisa.jillian

Happy gotcha day to my boy. 🩵

1 year with the sweetest, most loving dog. Shelley’s little brother. The squishiest pittie/collie mix. My constant shadow. The reason we can’t sleep past 4am or 6am most days.

What started as a pup dump in a field turned into 2 spoiled rotten brothers living their best life!! Ziggy’s brother, Moose, lives up in rva and they get together still for play dates!

These two could not be more loved or LOVING.

This show!!! Heart (& belly) are full!!

6 of us flew from VA + met up with 6 of our AZ friends. This week of quality time was so memorable & something we will all cherish forever (almost got a tattoo to commemorate).

Between friends, family, the show experience, and visiting the beauty of Arizona, I don’t know what could have topped this. We hadn’t even left before talking about returning.

I got 5th and while there is work to do, that did not take away from the level of happiness I experienced this week. THAT was my win!! I am proud knowing I brought my best package to date and my season is not done. I prayed I’d handle whatever placement I got in a gracious way and I feel content knowing that’s what happened.

This was the most competitive show I’ve seen and I am honored to have been a part of it!

Thank you @ocbwestcoastnaturals for this astounding experience. Thank you to my coaches, Tina and Luisa, for getting me here. Thank you to MaxFit, Alex, my family and my friends for supporting me and helping me in the process!

We are switching things up & revising the game plan. I’m enjoying some untracked meals + a quality deload until it’s time to taper into show again.

The work’s not done yet. 🩵

(This is post 1 of many! Stage shots + video to come!)
