I’m happy with how it turned out, but I wish I hit that first beat properly 😅 Thank you @matildajphoto for recording my routine on such short notice 🙏🏼 the quality is amazing, and you delivered the video way earlier than I expected 🤝🏼

Iron World 2024 🔥

I got 4th place in my class, and I’m very happy with that! The lineup was stacked with incredible athletes. This was the very reason for why I picked this show, I wanted to go head to head with some great amateur bodybuilders.

@npcsweden is producing shows of top quality, and this attracts athletes of quality aswell. The show was amazing from start to finish.

I’m happy with my physique, and I’ve improved in a lot of areas since my last show. There’s still some fat that needs to come off next time, but I think I’ve cracked the code to make that happen 🫡 At my lowest weight this prep I was 4,5kg under my cap, so there’s plenty of room to grow. Next time I want to be closer to that cap.

I’ll be back 🤝🏼

The hardest routine I’ve ever made. The song requires a wide range of skills as there’s a lot of contrast in intensity and vibe.

The start and ending requires you to slow down severely, forcing you to add complexity through subtle details to keep it interesting.

The middle part raises the intensity to the max where power and certainty is needed to compliment the music.

I’ve watched the routine back a couple of times now, and there’s a lot of stuff that could be improved or changed, but I still think this is the best I’ve made. Beating it next year though, that’s a promise 🤝🏻

Thank you to @stevenlewisbarrett_photography @jackhazvisuals & @jodimakmedia for capturing this amazing footage 🙏🏼 taken in Camberley Theatre by @marius_physique

The routine that helped crown @marius_physique the first-ever @posinggames champion! 🏆🔥

As a photographer and videographer, sometimes you want to put your own stamp on a video with a creative edit. But for this one, I wanted to share the raw footage and let Marius’s performance speak for itself. 🎥✨

I was so honoured to be part of the media team at the world’s first posing-only show. And wow, what an experience! Perfect stage lighting and so much thought put into showcasing these bodybuilders at their absolute best.

Huge congratulations to Marius on making Posing Games history! 🙌

I’m working through so much amazing content, and this is just the start. I can’t wait to share more of what I captured.

Thank you again to everyone involved. Let’s help put Posing Games truly on the map. Share the content, tag the athletes and spread the word! 💪 by @marius_physique

Very happy with the shots I got during the norwegian championships in Bergen 📷 The lighting was terrible for photography, so let’s just hide that in black & white 🤓 by @marius_physique

Adrian killed it at his first ever NPC competitions 🚀 3rd place at the regional, and 7th place at his first pro qualifier 🫪 His last show this season is coming up in two days now, and I’m sure the look will be even better.

This man will be dangerous after a good offseason 😎
