@jennifer.jacobs.7737 and myself did our annual run to Mad Rocks in Bay Roberts! Such a cool area! We even saw a shark chilling in the bay!

Got to do some runs of the new @wcca.nl / @kodiaktrailworks trail in Corner Brook called "BLUE LOBSTER, today with @jennifer.jacobs.7737 . Boy were we impressed... some world class building here with some really amazing features and lines... Jenn and myself would have rode it all day if we didn't have 4 kids waiting for us to feed them!

Here's an update on Through The Fog!

After getting a rough cut of the film done, I felt like there was still something missing: how I fit into the story, beyond just being behind the camera.

I've been mountain biking for the majority of my life, and it's always played a major role in my wellbeing both physically and mentally. It's saved my life a couple of times now, and after my mother's passing in 2024, I found myself once again using mountain biking to help me in the healing process. I was also *finally* diagnosed with ADHD in 2025, and along with medication and therapy, it turns out mountain biking is another fantastic way to help the brain.

Another positive piece to the update: I was able to get the support of @picturenl.ig and it will be airing on @ntvnewsnl later this year (or early next)
Massive thank you to everyone who helped me take it from a little passion project to a more developed film that's going to air.

There are still a couple of small interviews to pick up with mental health professionals, and once they're done this fall the film will finally be finished production. There will be another final small teaser released then as well.

Huge thanks again to the cast & crew for making this happen!

The most entertaining car to watch at yesterday’s autocross! Sliding almost every corner and only slid out once, rather here than in the middle of the street🤦‍♂️🤣

Second try posting this! We had a blast tonight riding! Great to catch up and @kylenroberts31 had the most gnarly crash and walked away ok for the most part... if that was one of us we would have been headed right to hospital!!

We took the time today to ride Torbay to Flatrock.. its a part of of the east coast trail where bikes are welcome... Jenns first time riding this was 3 years ago and she kicked ass today and cleaned 95 of the trail! Amazing views on the edge of the earth even with the fog!

We have been riding on Canada day since we met! 4 years later and we are still cooking with crisco! We always have a great time and its something we look forward to every year! We both have grown together as parents/partners/riders and friends and we both can't wait until we do this again!

Today we celebrated our anniversary.. usually we would be riding bikes because that’s what we did the first day we met, but we had a stellar road trip on the west coast this week and we wouldn’t have it any other way.. This last year we have had a new house, new dog and a new way of life and it has been incredible … thank you for everyone who helps and supports the growth of our relationship we love you and we most certainly love each other! by @mark_noftall
