The most entertaining car to watch at yesterday’s autocross! Sliding almost every corner and only slid out once, rather here than in the middle of the street🤦‍♂️🤣

Some Highlights from my second run down Ridgeline! The @wcca.nl and @grosmorneoutdoor have created an amazing trail, thats super accessible for all skill levels! I felt my trip on the west coast was a big step for me in my riding. My confidence on this last run of the trip was super high! You can hear @mark_noftall yelling at a black bear family that we ran into on the climb up at the end of the video!!

Last night’s @nutraholdings group ride was a good one. We had a full crew and a handful of riders hit some trail sections and features for the first time — love to see it!

Thursdays at 6 pm in June. Mixed rides and women’s rides alternate weekly, all riders welcome. Next one’s a week away

AMBA membership required to ride — $40 adults, $15 youth, $85 family.

Our first family vacation was in Dominican Republic at a resort in La Romana. We had the best time creating memories that will last a lifetime.

Here's a small segment that didn't quite make the final cut of Through The Fog. The riders describe their flow state and what it feels like when they're in it. Another update is coming soon!

2024 was an amazing riding season... I learned so much, and looking back, I am super pleased with my progression... thank you to @mark_noftall for all his help and guidance... his coaching in the mental aspects of riding bikes was so eye-opening, and I feel so much more confident as a rider.

I was able to experience my first bike park on our road trip to Nova Scotia and spent some time riding in Corner Brook... getting to experience different trails and terrain has been incredible..

Thank you to everyone who contributed to my 2024 season! Here are some highlights!!
