This is our debut pattern @mark_patterns and I hacked it to eliminate the buttons completely. I stitched the front closed permanently, leaving the neck opening as long as I wanted and then attached a tie instead of messing with the collar. The ties are really long, the piece is 2 yards long total, but as you can see in the last photo it allows me to tie a generous bow if I like. Honestly, I loved just having the long ties all day, it almost felt like an accessory. Super easy, and fun with this piece of @neridahansencreative I have had in my stash for too long. An art museum felt like the perfect place for it to go for the day. @metmuseum by @mark_patterns

Surprise! I’m starting an apparel brand, and it’s called Springtime & Harvest! :) 🌱🌸🌾 I’ve been working on this project slowly and carefully for the last 2-ish years and the launch is finally in sight! True sustainability in apparel takes a long time, but it’s so worth it, and I’m so proud of these pieces! They are all made from 100% organic cotton and manufactured in small batches 😊 The prints are originals by my oldest and dearest friend @noahjayne and the process of collaborating with her to develop them was so special and rewarding! Since we were itty bitty, we’ve often found ourselves creating side by side, and to have her talent be such a massive part of this debut collection feels very right and very full circle! 💚 Our first release will be a collaboration with @mark_patterns , so a very special shoutout to @maria_a_gallo and @andrea_djones for making that possible! 🧵🪡 🫶 A massive thank you to @lumatone.photo for capturing all of these precious BTS photos alongside SO MANY beautiful and whimsical campaign photos that I am beyond excited to share soon! 📸 Soft-launch coming *ideally* before the end of this year!
