When Tim said, “This is for somebody. This is for somebody. This is for somebody...” and from the background, Hector asked, “Mateo?” At 2AM with an assured calling, that somebody was me and I heard Hector say, “Markell?”

Frustrated with every doubt and barrier surrounding the build of my website, I quit working on the site and went to YouTube. In less than thirty seconds into my scrolling, I was summoned with Tim Ross’s story about his Mother’s journey for some fries. Rooted in Matthew 6: 25-34, this video was the GOD SENT reminder of my faith and purpose that I truly need. I was shook–– stunned. Changed.

Please check out Tim’s full story dating back on April 8, 2026. This story will bless you. I am forever grateful to Tim Ross and The Basement crew. Please grab his dope book entitled, The Missing Peace. @upsetthegram

Try. Take a shot. Arrayed (2024) Inspired by Matthew 6:28-30 NKJV

“So why do you worry about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin; and yet I say to you that even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. Now if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today is, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, will He not much more clothe you, O you of little faith?

Purchase this print entitled, “Look” from Look Series 2024 by @markellspivey

Look (2024)
________

Inspired by Matthew 6:25-27

“Therefore I say to you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink; nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food and the body more than clothing? Look at the birds of the air, for they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they? Which of you by worrying can add one cubit to his stature?
