I couldn’t see the plan … but God could see ALL of it 🙏🏼

My parents’ divorce became the catalyst for one of the biggest decisions of my life.

At 18, I bought a one-way ticket to Hawaii.

At 19, I arrived with a few suitcases, an air mattress, and a dream ✨

I had no idea what God had planned for me, but I trusted He was leading me somewhere beautiful.

A few years later, I backpacked 6️⃣ Countries through Southeast Asia. When I came home, I fell in love with triathlons.

Then, in 2014, I lost my Momo 💔

For as long as I can remember, I wanted to follow in her footsteps and become a Realtor.

But it wasn’t until she went to Heaven that I truly understood the impact she had on people’s lives.

Listening to story after story about the way she loved people changed something in me.

I realized I didn’t just want to sell homes…

I wanted to love and serve people the way she did.

So I decided to carry on her legacy 🫶🏼

Not long after, I found MMA, and that decision led me to meeting the love of my life, my husband 💙💜

Today, God has blessed us with two incredible daughters, multiple business’ I love, authentic friendships, and a life I never could have imagined when I bought that one-way ticket ✈️

Every challenge shaped me.

Every disappointment redirected me.

Every closed door made room for something better 🌱

I’ve learned that obedience doesn’t always make life easier, but it always grows you 🙏🏼

If you’re walking through a hard season right now, keep going … after the rain comes the rainbow 🌈

One day you’ll look back and realize the season you wanted to escape became the foundation for the life you’re living today ✨

I hope you believe in God’s plan, even when you can’t see it (Jeremiah 29:11).

I hope you remember that your current chapter is not your final chapter.

And I hope you know you are fearfully and wonderfully made and DEEPLY LOVED for exactly who you are 🙌🏼 by @markgamble52

GiGi got her GRAY BELT!! 👏🏼🙌🏼

She has been training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for over a year now and honestly… the commitment this girl has shown is something else!!

And yes… she has absolutely been practicing on her baby sister since Mai’a was about six months old 😂

GiGi will happily tell YOU exactly how proud she is of herself… and she should be 🥹

Annnnd… I’m proud of Marcus and me too!!

Because kids don’t reach milestones like this alone. Behind every promotion, trophy 🏆, and milestone moment is a parent who loaded everyone in the car on the tired days… rearranged the schedule… sat through countless classes(even while entertaining a toddler too maybe lol(… and said, “We’re going,” even when skipping class would have been easier or staying home sounded a lot more comfortable 🫣

That’s the part nobody really talks about.

The C O N S I S T E N C Y…

And just shooowing up!!

One of the things I’m most grateful for is that we’ve built a life that allows us to be present for moments like these. Not just physically present (where I can leave my phone in the car, too!)… but truly there. Watching her grow in confidence… learning discipline… and enjoying the journey!!

So today we’re celebrating GiGi and her hard-earned gray belt 💜

And we’re celebrating every parent who keeps showing up for their kids, day after day!!! I see YOU!! 🙌🏼🎉🙌🏼🎉

Because let’s be honest… all those small moments and consistent efforts eventually become milestones like this 🥋

But even more importantly… they become the memories that make up THE MOST BEAUTIFUL LIFE that we will reminisce on when we are older 👩🏽‍🦳👨🏽‍🦳💙💜 by @markgamble52

Happy 4th Birthday to our GiGi Biscuit BABY!

Why didn’t anybody warn me about how quick time goes when you have kids?!

Motherhood has surprised me in the most beautiful way. I didn’t know I could love like this… but being your Momma is my favorite role in this life. And even though people say this age is “the thick of it,”(you plus baby Mai’a being only 1) but let’s be honest: it’s actually the sweetest, most precious chapter. One I’ll always keep close to my heart.

At this stage, I want to remember you exactly as you are right now…
You talk so exceptionally well for your age… yet your little L’s still sound like W’s, and I secretly hope they stay that way just a bit longer.

Your favorite color used to be yellow… now it’s “rainbow,” and honestly, that feels perfectly YOU 🌈
 You love helping, and your whole face lights up when I call you my “best helper”!
 You want to do everything I do, right by my side, always watching and learning!!
 You are genuinely so kind and thoughtful… drawing pictures for anybody and everybody just to make them smile.
 You love helping in the kitchen, which you have done since you were 18 months old!! This is something we can do forever, but its different with every stage. I am thoroughly impressed at how quickly you learn!
 And you were truly meant to be a big sister… the way you care for and adore your baby sister shows your beautiful heart. Mai’a is SO BLESSED to have you, and your Dad and I can see this was the best decision we could have ever done for both of you!!!

You are brave. You are strong. You are extra silly. And I love doing every single day with you.
I hope you never stop asking for snuggles… Never stop randomly telling me “I love you, Momma”… And never forget how deeply loved you are.

Out here moving the needle, doing what I need to do to truly level up and get better. BE BETTER... Surround yourself with the ones who have and are always willing to make those sacrifices and put the time/work/effort in with you... Our GiGi Biscuit Baby, our 1st baby girl, has now turned THREE (Nov 30th, I’m just behind at posting, but also maybe I’m in denial that she’s 3 🤯🥺!!!)

Here’s her 3rd birthday celebration photos! 🎉
We took her to the Aulani Character brunch, thank you aunty @mauratynanes & @lj_collins808 for making this possible ❤️ and then we had a Mermaid Princess Party with Princess Ariel from @storybookhawaii 🧜🏼‍♀️

My Dad even came out to visit for her birthday!! ✈️

Time goes ridiculously quick as a parent!! ⏳

I know who I was before being a Mom, and I know I was happy, but WOW… being a Mom has been truly the BEST EXPERIENCE EVER 📢❤️

I’m constantly amazed at who Gianna is, and all she does! She’s so kind, thoughtful, yet she’s the silliest kid— always making us laugh!!

GiGi loooves her Momma, and in embrace that to the max! We do puzzles 🧩, play princess 👸, cook 👩🏽‍🍳, paint 🎨, take bike rides 🚲 , snuggle 🥰, and so much more!!! I love how she’s getting older we can do more and more together!!!

GiGi’s favorite color is yellow 💛 she loves babies, especially her baby sister, Mai’a!! She loves to pretend play, she loves Paw Patrol 🐶! But what GiGi loves most is being outdoors!!!! We go to so many parks!!

GiGi has taught me sooo much, and I’m more patient now than I ever knew was possible 😂
Being a Mom next to Marcus being a Dad is truly a unique yet common experience for humans to do together! It’s so wild, do yall ever just think “WOW, this person was once a stranger and now we’re married w kids!!!” 🥹❤️
